Two weeks ago I tried to get sausage gravy and biscuits and I couldn’t because the ovens were broke down so no biscuits now today, I still can’t get sausage gravy and biscuits because they don’t even have a damn can opener to open up the damn gravy this place is a joke

Time and again, the service here is terrible. They tell you to order from the kiosk, enter a "tent" number and have a seat. They say they will bring the food. Does not happen. It just sits until I go ask and they all look clueless. No one ever apologizes for letting the food sit and not doing their jobs.
