You see the deal that displays beside their listing on the google map that states a large one-topping for $9.99? Nowhere does it say, not there or on their pizza hut webpage, that the deal is only if you order online..however!..sure enough, that's what I was told by the black haired woman manager who was working there on Tuesday night. And she acted like it was the first time she had ever heard of that deal, a whole lot of wince and scowl. She sounded like she was winging it in her response...like improv night at the curmudgeon bone.

I can't say amything bad about the food I only ordered a lunch deal. Everything was made as I requested and it was a pick up. I have no complaints. This is definitely a great option for lunch for me. The staff was polite and easy to talk with.

Ordered from the app during the hut hookup and didn’t get my hookup which I already did once or twice before during the event so I contacted them through the app and they said I already redeemed it but didn’t yet

The chicken Alfredo was awful something smelled rotten, I don't now if it was because I ordered late or what but something wasn't right it made me mom feel sick and they need new employees it stunk up the whole house, I hate writing comments like this but this is sickening.
Usually I have a decent experience here. I see that other people have had issues with Christina the manager as well. She was just snobby and to top it off I get home with toppings missing I get a new topping… hair in my pizza. Generally I would just call the store however no one answered when I did. I also requested contact information for the GM to no avail. Now after seeing that she is actually a manager here and other people have had a similar problem I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I hate to be a "Karen" but am I seriously being transferred to a call center to speak to the store? I've been transferred to 10 different people at the call center and hung up on three times just to try and let them I'm missing my cheesebread. Is this real-life?

Got the big dinner box two pizzas they didn't taste right didn't have that good pan crust taste and they're really overcooked the breadsticks were burnt and we also got a pepperoni melt it was super crunchy Best thing about the whole meal was probably the pasta in the box so that's not saying much ?
