I hate to be a "Karen" but am I seriously being transferred to a call center to speak to the store? I've been transferred to 10 different people at the call center and hung up on three times just to try and let them I'm missing my cheesebread. Is this real-life?

Got the big dinner box two pizzas they didn't taste right didn't have that good pan crust taste and they're really overcooked the breadsticks were burnt and we also got a pepperoni melt it was super crunchy Best thing about the whole meal was probably the pasta in the box so that's not saying much ?

Burnt pizza. I got a big dinner box and paid extra for cheese sticks. The wings were great but both pizzas were slightly burnt but the cheese sticks were dark brown on top - no white mozzarella cheese at all - really disappointed because I even tipped on a pick up order!

I was double charged for my food. Once on the app and again in the store. Can not get a hold of anyone in store. The number goes to a call center. No refund has been issued, we need to wait for contact from corporate office. Never going here again!
I called this place was hung up on several times .. then placed an order on line was double charged the woman who came out was completely rude !! Terrible food terrible service nasty staff !! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN !!!

Horrible experience! horrible food was dry & nasty didnt give cheese bread when I paid extra for it & didn't give sauce, no sauce on the pizza, tiny Little dried out wings, paid for 2 litters but they insisted i bought tiny bottles of pop & treated me like I was a thief or something,didn't honor the deals that are literally online & in commercialsextremely overpriced, rudest workers I've ever seen. Waited 45 min. I'll go to the one in Monroe next time

Over $37.00 for 12 wings a 1 cheese pizza. It was absolutely terrible. It was like cheese on a cracker, soaked in grease with no sauce at all. Wings were tiny, and I felt completely ripped off for almost $40.00. NEVER again.

The lady was extremely rude to my husband and I when we called to let them know we arrived for a curbside pickup, then she was even ruder when she came out to give us our food. The food was yummy, we got Cinnabons. But the service was rude.
