Had a 50th surprise birthday party at quimbys and I can't rave enough about the staff and food and drink. RAY and JOE and your team knocked it out of the ballpark. Thank you Quimbys and a special thank you to Rich .

On October 12 at 6 PM, my family and friends had reservations at Quimby’s in Lambertville. They were incredibly accommodating to our large group of 40 people. The room was set up beautifully, and we were very pleased with our limited menu options.
Our waitress Caitlyn did an amazing job, along with the busser who assisted her in taking care of all of us. The service was friendly, attentive, and organized which made the evening go so smoothly.
The kids also had a great time! They loved playing in the game room, which helped keep them entertained while the adults enjoyed dinner and conversation. It was a perfect setup for families fun for everyone, young and old.
We enjoyed the atmosphere and food so much that many of our guests stayed afterward to enjoy the karaoke! The food was delicious and filling, and everyone left happy.
I highly recommend visiting Quimby’s and definitely request Caitlyn, as she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
A huge thank-you to the manager and entire staff for helping make my wife’s birthday celebration such a success. We truly appreciate everyone’s hard work — including the person who cleaned up afterward. You all did a fantastic job!

Nice place for lunch or dinner. I had a cod dinner and salad was so big I took 1/2 of my dinner home. Never had a bad meal here

Quimbys gave friendly , fast service. The housewife martini was just sweet enough with a perfect pour. The homemade batter on the pickles and chicken chunks were crispy and delicious without over powering the flavor and juiciness of the chicken. The burger ordered medium was cooked exactly as it should. Very juicy with fresh toppings and a soft toasted brioche bun.10 out of 10 recommend Quimby's Food & Spirits!

Went to visit quimbys today food was Phenomenal and Jenni was a wonderful server making sure we had everything we needed and ultimately helping me decide between two things which she didn’t let me down!! Food came out very fast as well

we were hungry for a good burger and fries. never been to Quimby's but wanted to try it. It did not disappoint. The best burger and skin on seasoned fries I've had in a long time. Prices reasonable and everything tasted great. The burger tasted fresh and was cooked perfect. We went on the same quest last weekend and hit Becketts Burger bar in BG and it was horribly disappointing. Unlike Becketts we'll be back to Quimby's. Might be our new favorite place for a burger but looking forward to trying some of their other food. My only complaint was the music. Trivial but it was some kind of pop/dance music and we were sitting under the speaker. that was annoying but next time we'll find a spot farther from the speaker. Not sure what the target demographic is but I don't think it matched the actual consumer.

Pierogi appetizer was delicious. Turkey Reuben was awesome. Hot Honey Chicken was good also, but didn't have as much heat as I was expecting. Waitress was polite and on the ball, weren't many customers at the time. Would definitely go back.
