Service was a little slow at the beginning, with it being fairly empty, but the staff were very nice and welcoming, and the food was really good. I got the cod sandwich with a side of onion rings, and the fish was cooked perfectly! The onion rings were also amazing as the breading was light and crisp, almost like air, unlike a lot of places where it's really thick and that's all you're eating. I'll definitely be going back for their cod dinner the next time!
We dined in at Quimby's on May 13th with our 3 young daughters. The food was good and Jaide was an absolute rockstar in making the experience for our girls one we will definitely come back for.
So nice to see a beloved local place come back to life. The food was yummy, especially the chicken salad croissant. Jaide, our server, was responsive and incredibly helpful. We’ll be back!
