Waited over 45 minutes AFTER my expected pick up time for my order. Was told several times that it would only be a few more minutes.

Called at 745 for takeout , said they were closed ( shows 9 ) asked if they were closed inside and she hesitated and said yeah we just are closing early. Bad business practice this is not the first time this has happened either.

We normally like everything at Sideline’s but today ordered the shrimp fettuccine. Normally very good. Today it was so salty you couldn’t eat it. The manager came out a blamed it a the prep chef. They did offer to make another meal. The issue I had was they kept serving that sauce to other customers. Someone is going to get very sick.. I can’t believe a real chef would continue to serve that.

This restaurant is a little gem in the heart of Lambertville. Friendly relaxing atmosphere. The chef prepares creative dishes and the bread is wonderful!

Are you aware that Sidelines hires criminals to cook your food? Daniel Lake works in the kitchen at Sidelines Italian on Secor rd in Michigan. He is a well known thief in toledo. He sells drugs and breaks into homes at night. Be aware of whom you hire. Be aware of your belongings when eating there and watch your cars. Sidelines needs to screen their employees.

Food was delicious. Cook deserves the tip. My girlfriend had to go get our silverware because waitress was not doing it. Not even busy, maybe 3-4 tables had people. Asked once how things were, which was right after we received the food. We also had adult beverages and not once asked if we wanted another.

Wonderful place for a good meal out! The servers are always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. I am gluten intolerant and they can substitute any pasta for gluten free penne. Overall is always a great experience.

Fantastic food and service! Drinks were great, but only downside is that the atmosphere isn’t as “Italian” as I was expecting. Walls very bland and just very little decoration overall.

Good food and service. We came early so walked right in. The bread is excellent! The fried ravioli appetizer was very good & the caprisee salad was a nice size. We ordered the spaghetti & meatballs which was good. Our favorite was the ravioli. Good restaurant.

Went here for my birthday meal on June 29th 2024 around 5 pm. When we were sat the women who brought us oil for bread seemed like we an inconvenience to her day, my fiancé and I didn’t have a clue as to why we were brought the oil, , she couldn’t have been more bothered to say for example “the bread will be here shortly”. And didn’t even stay long enough for her to hear us thank her…

Our waitress wasn’t the best seeing as she barely made her way over to our table, she was kind but was lacking attentiveness.

Then we got the drinks and food..
the lemonade tasted like throw up/mold from the spout and we sent it back and just got water instead.

The food tho on the other hand was decent, my chicken carbonara was decently good
But my fiancé got pork tenderloin, they we juicy and flavorful but the garlic mashed potatoes were so cold it was like a hockey puck..

Needless to say we won’t be back for a long long time.

some of the best pasta i’ve had! the bread is delicious and so are the cocktails.

though, my waitress during my last visit didn’t seem to thrilled to be there. she lacked attentiveness and responded with a sour “i don’t know” to one of my fiancés questions about the menu. we’re also not too fond of the paper that is put on the tables before service, it kind of ruins the atmosphere.

food is definitely amazing, and despite my critiques above, i still recommend this place to anyone looking for yummy italian food! :)

Brussel sprouts appetizer was burnt but server gave us a dessert to take home. Steak Marseille was decent! Server was awesome
