I walked up to the counter. There were 6 workers precent. I waited approximately three minutes before I was told that it would be a couple minutes. All the workers were just talking and carrying on. I ordered a large hot mocha with whip cream and chocolate drizzle. I watched the worker make my drink. She made the mocha she put whipped cream in it and then put some kind of chocolate crumbs in the drink. I asked if she could remake it and put a chocolate drizzle on it like I ordered. She went and asked one of the other girls, and was told to scrape it off. I seen her doing that, and another girl came over and said that they wouldn't make me another one.
That I would have to take that one. I said, I would like another one made the proper way. She said that she was not gonna do that. I asked for a refund and she stated that she would not give me one that I would have to call corporate. Me and my family go to starbucks all the time. I buy a large number of gift cards for gifts. I will never be going back to that starbucks again. Very disappointed.

Employee named Meghin was working in the morning and seemed to want to be rude to every person she interacted with. She made up her own rule that it was only one red cup per order. The starbucks company policy is 1 red cup per holiday drink. Though I saw a girl walk out with multiple cups right as we were walking in which was an odd thing for her to claim. Another customer asked about a red cup for her holiday white chocolate drink. Meghin threw up her hands and said she wasn't arguing with people anymore. It was clearly on the app as a holiday drink but meghin did not check that. A few moments later Meghin loudly boasted about being rude to a customer the previous day to her coworkers with multiple customers waiting. Then when customers walked up to place orders she snapped and told them both they would have to place mobile orders as the 4 people working were all too busy. Only 2 were making drinks. One was cleaning and the other was just putting orders on the counter with cups as needed. Some people do not have the app on their phones to order. This was a very poor experience when starbucks is attempting to improve how they are viewed. An employee should not be treating anyone the way Meghin did. No one was being rude to her at all but she snapped at everyone she could.

This is the slowest and I mean slowest I have ever seen! Never will I waste my time in line watching employees moving slower than turtles. Kroger needs to find some other company to rent this space!

I understand the Starbucks is small but does not give you right to have a terrible attitude and to be condescending drinks were terrible my wife’s literally taste like mayo I do not and will not ever recommend this specific Starbucks. Monroe Starbucks does an amazing job. Do better

We wanted 2 grande pumpkin chai lattes hot, told the girl exactly that and she must’ve assumed we wanted it iced but wanted it hot. Didn’t wanna say anything bc I would’ve felt bad that she would’ve had to remake the 2 drinks and it would’ve been a waste. Not hating on the girl that made it bc maybe she just assumed everyone gets it iced but she could’ve at least asked to make sure. Didn’t even ask if we wanted it iced or hot and I never said iced. Took forever to get our order taken bc she kept doing the online orders when there was 5 people waiting in line to order. Other girl was just doing dishes and didn’t even help the girl out at all. They were both talking to each other as if they didn’t have 5 people in the line. Didn’t even acknowledge us either until she asked us what we wanted. She could’ve said I’ll be with you as soon as I can or something like that. No hate just wish performance and customer service was a little better even tho it’s a Kroger Starbucks.

if i could give zero stars i would. Jaiden took my order and laughed at me when I told her what I wanted. Very condescending and judgy, and both my drink and food were made wrong. Went out of her way to complain about how I was inconveniencing her. Sorry you have to do your job while you’re on the clock. Will not be returning.

i usually don’t do reviews but there a new girl i think and she was really condescending about what i wanted, didn’t let me finish what i was going to say and had a snarky attitude towards me , the girl who made my drink didn’t mix it correctly and it wasn’t worth the 7 dollars i paid for.

I thought this was a new cup design until I looked closer and noticed it was done with a sharpie... Made my day 💓

Shyanne and Brianna are absolutely phenomenal! Always pleasant, always smiling and never upset when I give all my special requests, extra hot, less chocolate, please stir before adding whipped cream, etc… Because of them , this is my FAVORITE STARBUCKS! 💕

The staff that is there 11am-3pm are absolutely killen it!! Always upbeat and friendly!! Definitely know what they are doing!!

Good drinks, usually pretty fast, never gotten order wrong here. Although they moved it from the left side to the right side, and it made my sister extremely uncomfy.
