I came in for a door dash and for approximately 7 min me and another lady waiting in line were completely ignored. Once I told them what I was there for, I was told it would be just a minute. Well 11 minutes later still nothing while the employees make other orders that are coming in behind me. This place is absolutely atrocious!

Every time we order here, the employees are rude and we always end up missing a part of our order. When we try to call to let them know we are missing food, we always get an answering machine. We definitely will not come back here anymore. They will hire anyone with a pulse that can't do their job properly.

its 10:20pm, i went through the drive thru of taco bell. i left and went home saw there was 3 missing things from my order. so i drove back i had a lot of requests and the guy working the drive thru was super sweet and patient and nice and was so respectful of what i was asking for. props to this amazing worker wish there was a tip jar for him!

Terrible do not recommend spending your hard earn money at this location! Staff sucks don't want to make you food even though that's the job they applied for. If u magically are able to get order you are guaranteed to be missing multiple items. The items u may get are cold and old. Overall 0-10 experience.

Wife ordered a chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. Wish had the option to send a pic. Repeated back twice, still gave her beef (very little), with nothing else—no lettuce, tomato, except Baja sauce. So it’s a shell wrapped in a soft tortilla with thimble full of beef and sauce. $7.19 for something she can’t eat. This TB was one of the better ones compared to Toledo. Not so much anymore, as a family order for 3-4 has been incorrect the last 3 trips.
