its 10:20pm, i went through the drive thru of taco bell. i left and went home saw there was 3 missing things from my order. so i drove back i had a lot of requests and the guy working the drive thru was super sweet and patient and nice and was so respectful of what i was asking for. props to this amazing worker wish there was a tip jar for him!

Terrible do not recommend spending your hard earn money at this location! Staff sucks don't want to make you food even though that's the job they applied for. If u magically are able to get order you are guaranteed to be missing multiple items. The items u may get are cold and old. Overall 0-10 experience.

Wife ordered a chicken cheesy Gordita crunch. Wish had the option to send a pic. Repeated back twice, still gave her beef (very little), with nothing elseâno lettuce, tomato, except Baja sauce. So itâs a shell wrapped in a soft tortilla with thimble full of beef and sauce. $7.19 for something she canât eat. This TB was one of the better ones compared to Toledo. Not so much anymore, as a family order for 3-4 has been incorrect the last 3 trips.

The food was cold and disgusting. I love taco bell usually but this food was beyond the worst I have ever received. The taco meat wasnt even room tempature it was cold to thr touch like it just came out of the refrigerator. There was not even a teaspoon meat or cheese on the taco belle grande that was suppose to have extra. Every item I ordered was cold and had barely any toppings. I was afraid to eat it because I toolk one bite and it the meat tasted old. I would not recommend going there. It will make you sick. I am not exaggerating it eas beyond the worst food I have ever ordered.

As a personal review, food is not bad, pretty good. They do make it messy, but make It fast though. But they do have a problem always being out of things and sometimes turn off their lights to look like their closed way before closing time to appear closed. It does look messy and gross inside where they are preparing the food, stuff all over the ground, loud ghetto music, and just looks gross. But they do wear gloves and sometimes face masks, so that is good. HOWEVERââ > they touch and have their personal phones in their hands or by them, while touching and handling food.
Also. Iâm a DoorDash driver. And I am so confused with this Taco Bell. I go inside during the day to get the customers food. But at night, normally Iâd go in the drive through if it wasnât too many people or no one at all.
Needless to say. I come to pick up an order at 10pm, mind you, 10pm, no one in the drive though or there at all. I decide to save myself a trip of getting out my car, and go through the drive through and I was told to turn around and park, and to go inside to get the food. When it was ready and there to be picked up before I got there, why couldnât they let me pull forward and just hand me the food? Instead they make me pull all the way around, get out of my car, and go inside to be handed something that could have been easily handed out the window.
This is not my first time. I am confused. I get told to come inside to get the food, but yet, doors are locked and I go through the drive through. Or I try to go through the drive through, I get told to turn around and go inside.
It is unpredictable and I never know what to do. I get out of my vehicle to go inside, doors locked. Then I try to go through the drive through, â come inside to get it, cant hand it to you through the window â because â we are trying to make sure a certain amount of people are inside the Taco Bell in a day â what???? What does that even mean.
What is wrong with me trying to get the customers food from the drive through? SeriouslyâŠ. Especially if thereâs NO ONE THERE. I am about done with accepting orders from this place.
Plus. â even if it is your food, we will make you come in and get it, we can not give it to you through the drive throughâ why? What is wrong with me picking up MY OWN FOOD in the drive through? Ridiculous.
