I don’t think I have ever gone to this Taco Bell and my order has been correct. Very poor quality as well.

I was ordering my food and I heard a girl screaming in the background “GO HOME!!!!” On repeat so I asked if they were open and the girl taking my ordered answered while laughing and she said yes we’re open until 4am. I was there before midnight. It ruined my night honestly. Granted it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure it’s annoying to work but I had literally just gotten off work myself and I did not treat any of my customers like that during my New Year’s Eve shift.

I stopped on my way home from an arduous day. One of those mentally and physically exhausting days. I stopped to get supper. A chipper voice chimed through the speaker, took my order, and lifted my spirits a little bit. I was greeted by a young lady at the window with a pleasant smile. She didn't look grumpy or unhappy like I was an interruption. Her pleasant smile brought me out of my funk just a little and made my evening better. I stop at Taco Bell because it is my comfort food. I always feel better with cinnamon twists and a Mountain Dew to chase down a bean burrito. This time it was the attitude of the service that made my day better. Working the counter or the window can be tough, so Thank you to the lady in the window for your smile.

I came in for a door dash and for approximately 7 min me and another lady waiting in line were completely ignored. Once I told them what I was there for, I was told it would be just a minute. Well 11 minutes later still nothing while the employees make other orders that are coming in behind me. This place is absolutely atrocious!
