This Tim Hortons really needs to get it together! Every time I go in here after I pay for something they seem to be out. This morning I went in and ordered a number 2. She brings me the sandwich in the bag with my drink and said sorry we're out of hashbrowns. OK but you charged me for a meal! This isn't the first time but will definitely be the last for this Tim's!

Service is always slow, which yes I understand it is the only tim Hortons in town, but a “sorry for the wait” would be nice.
Every employee seem miserable. You can be miserable but put on a fake attitude to talk to costumers. Also the employees yell at each other in front of costumers.
Food is always out of stock, how do you not have over stock if you know you’re a busy place? I got an iced chai the other day, literally just straight milk with no ice. That’s the other thing, food and drinks are always sadly made.
Moral of the story. Get new workers or get your shit together.

I ordered online, 2 Apple Fritters, 1 Boston Cream, 1 Honey Dipped & a refresher.
I get to the window, and I'm told they are out of Apple Fritters and Honey Dipped. She says they have Chocolate Dipped and Boston Cream. I asked for 3 Boston Cream and a Vanilla Dip.
They hand the bag out, as I'm leaving the line, my daughter says 'there are 3 Vanilla Dipped and 1 B. C..
I pull up and go in and I'm told they are out of A.F. Honey Dipped and B.C.
I agree to take the BC I have with a Vanilla Dip and 2 Chocolate Dipped, so instead of an apology, she puts on gloves, goes into the bag I had and removes the 2 Vanilla Dipped and puts 2 Chocolate Dipped in.
I was not rude, I was not loud.
Horrible customer service, no apology, no one seems to know what's going on. In that place.

i got a vanilla iced coffee and it was bitter did not taste like vanilla. the bacon egg and cheese bagel i got was completely off center the cheese was melted in the side of the bagel. my husband got 20 piece timbits and asked for chocolate but they were out they also were out of bacon. L

Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.

I've put in over 3000 deliveries orders and this was by far the worst pickup I've ever done. Ignored me trying to talk to them for nearly 8 minutes with no customers and no line. Then the order was never started and I left to come here 20 minutes ago and you don't have items and they substituted it without asking. So I'm losing money and getting my ratings ruined because of this poor poor service

Once again, out of product. This is weekly. Didn't waste your time. Drive the extra couple of minutes and go to Toledo.

Absolutely horrific service. When ordering a mobile order I got to the restaurant to find they don’t serve the newest iced Capp offered on both the app and their signage at the drive through. So I got a regular caramel iced Capp which is .10 cents cheaper but no big deal. When I got to the window I requested a bag due to having arthritis and not being able to carry all of the single items and drinks. The girl at the window replied “I suppose you want a drink carrier too”, well yes for 3 drinks. As she searched for a bag and carrier another woman poked her head out and told me the delivery bags cost .10 cents. Never mind that they owe me .10 cents for not getting me the right drink. So I pay the .10 cents and get my items bagged up.
After I drove away I find that I didn’t even get a caramel iced Capp but just a regular one. Will not return to this Tim Hortons.

Worst managed hortons around, I would recommend everyone to try another location..dozens of bad experiences there, I'm hoping they close sooner than later. They would zero stars of that was possible

Idk what happened at this location recently but the last two times I've ordered from here they didn't have my coffee (why would you go to a coffee place and not get coffee)? The doughnuts were stale and gross and today I just got a raw chicken panini. As in like the cheese wasnt melted and the bread wasnt toasted at all. Whoever did today's order needs to go home or give the job spot to someone else that will at least do the bare minimum of a job because they didn't even do the bare minimum today.
