Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.
I've put in over 3000 deliveries orders and this was by far the worst pickup I've ever done. Ignored me trying to talk to them for nearly 8 minutes with no customers and no line. Then the order was never started and I left to come here 20 minutes ago and you don't have items and they substituted it without asking. So I'm losing money and getting my ratings ruined because of this poor poor service
Good place to go
Once again, out of product. This is weekly. Didn't waste your time. Drive the extra couple of minutes and go to Toledo.
Absolutely horrific service. When ordering a mobile order I got to the restaurant to find they don’t serve the newest iced Capp offered on both the app and their signage at the drive through. So I got a regular caramel iced Capp which is .10 cents cheaper but no big deal. When I got to the window I requested a bag due to having arthritis and not being able to carry all of the single items and drinks. The girl at the window replied “I suppose you want a drink carrier too”, well yes for 3 drinks. As she searched for a bag and carrier another woman poked her head out and told me the delivery bags cost .10 cents. Never mind that they owe me .10 cents for not getting me the right drink. So I pay the .10 cents and get my items bagged up.
After I drove away I find that I didn’t even get a caramel iced Capp but just a regular one. Will not return to this Tim Hortons.
There’s a hair in my doughnut frosting
First time my order was
Right - go team
Always out of glazed.
Worst managed hortons around, I would recommend everyone to try another location..dozens of bad experiences there, I'm hoping they close sooner than later. They would zero stars of that was possible
Idk what happened at this location recently but the last two times I've ordered from here they didn't have my coffee (why would you go to a coffee place and not get coffee)? The doughnuts were stale and gross and today I just got a raw chicken panini. As in like the cheese wasnt melted and the bread wasnt toasted at all. Whoever did today's order needs to go home or give the job spot to someone else that will at least do the bare minimum of a job because they didn't even do the bare minimum today.

Love the honey cruellers
Get the steak wraps!! Sooo good!
I wish there could be some training with the employees there regarding the app. I have ordered things through the app because I like to get points. There have been multiple times I will order things in the app and there will be an issue like they are unable to make a frozen drink because something is broken or they are out of something and I try to get my money back and the store points me to Tim Hortons costumer service and consumer service says I should have got my refund at the store and I try and try and I am still unable to get a refund. It’s just this particular store. I get a refund anywhere else. All those things add up and I want to use my app, so I avoid this store. It costs me too much money
If I could give 0 I would. I went there today at 2:45 pm . I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry iced Capp supreme and smoothie. I was charged for the supreme even though they didn’t have the ingredients to make it a supreme. But the issue is they decided to load the smoothie with whipped cream on top. ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE WHIPPED CREAM!! I told them that my daughter is allergic so they scooped it off and handed it back. Ike seriously?? The rudest person I ever encountered at the drive through.
I really do like this Tim Hortons. But I do have a few things that I do not like…
Every time I get a donut there, they are stale and hard, cold, even when I’ve gone both in the morning or even throughout the day. I went inside for a change, I stood there for almost 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Every time I get a hash brown there, they’re always hard and cold is not fresh.
My absolute favorite thing here and that I adore is the iced cap. I never had issues with that. The sandwiches are also extremely very good. Overall, this is a really good Tim Hortons.
The only time I had an issue with this place was a few years ago, when someone was rude to my father, who is a saint, a sweetheart is NEVER rude to anyone. Someone there was mean to my father for no absolute reason and I had filed a whole complaint that my father did not deserve anything of what happened because of someone that works there. I gave a call and gave my piece of mind a lot. After that, I’ve never had an issue with this place again. People there are a lot nicer, but I do see that they are hiring a lot of younger people so it is a little immature in there. But I’m not seeing anything disrespectful or bad.
Maybe my experience was good for now, but I’m seeing a lot of others with a lot of disrespectful people and bad experiences. My advice is to check the people who work there and make sure that they are not disrespecting your customers, and fire them if they do act childish or act disrespectful. They don’t deserve a job if they cant use great customer service and have respect for others. Even during a bad day or life, it’s hard for all of us. But not an excuse to be rude.
