The girls staff there on 5/10 at 1:30pm do not smile at all, they do not greet you and look like they are truly repulsed by one another as well. Terrible experience coming to this tropical smoothie.

Sophia was the absolute best, i had issues with my card and she was so patient and graceful. Some of the best customer service i have at a tropical smoothie, she definitely made my whole night!!

I normally have a great experience but today I ordered an avocolada no sugar instead of the island detox, and I am disappointed. There was still so much sugar in the smoothie that it had clumped and was a little gritty in some areas. It won’t discourage me from coming back, however I think I’ll have to stick to the island detox.

Walked in. Ordered 3 smoothies. Got 3 smoothies under 6 minutes. Girl was smiling and kind, nice. Good service, the smoothies were good and it was quick with a smile. Cant be mad at that, thanks! 😊
