Just waited 25 minutes to receive a barely warm bag of food that had been sitting out and forgotten about. We were told it’d be a couple minutes for fresh chicken, but no one delivered the bag when ready.

Third person in line when I walked in and 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food. It looks like it’s fully staffed, they just have 0 urgency to actually get us our food.

The Biggie Bag meals are a good value for a light meal. You get different meal from $5 to $7. We had the double cheeseburger, four chicken nuggets, small fries and a drink for $6.00.

There's not one part of their food that I do not. There's one I just thought of the spicy chicken. It Burns my nose, but I'm not a spicy person to eat stuff. So I can't really say anything bad about them. It's me.

Just came through the drive thru literally like 5 minutes ago. It was pretty busy, as to be expected during lunchtime. Food was out super fast even with the busyness. There happened to be some technical difficulties.. as I was at the window paying, the servers went down. So I did wait just a tad bit longer. They apologized for the wait, then came back with my card and receipt. I thought they were apologizing again for the wait, I looked at the receipt and realized my meal had been taken care of due to the system having issues. I just wanted to say thank you so much. I’ve been in this situation (as the cashier) where the whole card machine goes down and I know how frustrating it can be, but everyone handled it so effortlessly.. with the best attitude and best customer service. Thank you!

That was the worst Baconator I’ve ever had. Tasteless and so dry I had to take a drink of water with every bite. Almost a choking hazard. Fast food isn’t even cheap anymore, you think we could at least get something edible?

This is probably the most consistently bad location. Always cold, always stale. Keep driving. And don’t dare order online, you’ll never get your money back. Customer service just kicks the can in a circle until you give up.

Have had multiple bad late night experiences. Once rotten baked potato not sure how that got messed up. Its split down the middle and 1/4 was black. Other time brown greasy fries. I guess twice cooked to warm it up? Night shift is rolling the dice. See the same person handing it out when it's been bad but don't know if it's the backline or the front that's screwing it up.
