That was the worst Baconator I’ve ever had. Tasteless and so dry I had to take a drink of water with every bite. Almost a choking hazard. Fast food isn’t even cheap anymore, you think we could at least get something edible?

This is probably the most consistently bad location. Always cold, always stale. Keep driving. And don’t dare order online, you’ll never get your money back. Customer service just kicks the can in a circle until you give up.

Have had multiple bad late night experiences. Once rotten baked potato not sure how that got messed up. Its split down the middle and 1/4 was black. Other time brown greasy fries. I guess twice cooked to warm it up? Night shift is rolling the dice. See the same person handing it out when it's been bad but don't know if it's the backline or the front that's screwing it up.

Ordered two large fries at drive thru...had to repeat this simple order three times and they still shorted me an order of fries. How careless and or dumb do you have to be to mess that up?
Ordered and paid for a large diet...got home and discovered I had been given what tastes like a large root beer...thats a pretty big miss

Messed up a simple order. Forgot items and they didn't seem concerned. Chilli was a bout 60% full. Crabby burgers should be called crappy burger. Old brown lettuce and hardly any sauce. I live close by and rarely feel the urge to go here.

Placed a mobile order at around 10pm. Get there shortly after and no one else is there. Greeted and told to pull forward immediately. 6 other vehicles came and went, which is whatever. But what really upsets me is made to feel like I inconvenienced them for coming to the establishment they work for , to WORK. I would also understand if it was about to be closing time or I had ordered an obscenely annoying amount of food, or the chicken nuggets and fries were hot even!
