We are creatures of habit. We have always ordered the same menu items every time we ordered. The other day, out of the blue we decided to order something different! And boy were we amazed! We ordered the extra, extra large Deluxe pizza! Wow! That was some awesome pizza!! I am already picking out the next one!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called and was told " Thank you for calling Jaspares, please wait for a long time" I waited 8 minutes!! Asked the gentleman if that was him that put me on hold and he says "yeah, I'm talking in the phone right now!" I told him how I order there often and I thought that was very unprofessional asked to talk with a manager. He then hung up on me. I am so upset!
What A DICK! Might wanna find new staff. Not to mention the inside of the restaurant...read full review
