I only went to the restaurant part. The food and service were excellent!

It was getting late and decided to stay the night in Lewiston as I was visiting family. This was my 2nd time staying here. My son and I stopped and had dinner at the restaurant first. I had Sliders and he had the French Dip. The food was good. After dinner we checked into the hotel at the bar. The room was no frills. 2 beds, a couch, tv and table. (No mini fridge or microwave which was fine). This is an older hotel, so the bathroom is small. The shower was a waterfall on the ceiling. This is because the shower area is very small. Not a problem, just noting in a review.
Our stay was good.
After we left my son went directly out fishing with family and when we were ready to leave, he noticed he had forgotten his Iphone charger at the hotel. He didn't pack it in his bag, which he always does. I called the hotel to ask if they could please check the room for the charger. I was told I would just have to call back tomorrow to see if housekeeping reports finding it. I explained that we were literally leaving town and ask if she could please double check the room while we were in town we could run back up. I was told to wait and than told housekeeping had already cleaned the room & didn't report it..that's it.
Now I definitely understand it Was my sons fault 100% for forgetting to grab it before we left. But it's also the beauty of staying in small town, quaint locations- you get great customer service. Unfortunately, the unwillingness to even take a couple extra minutes to walk down the hallway (the hotel & bar are connected) and look at the wall outlet in the room we used is hard to comprehend. It's terrible when the world gets so busy, good customer service goes away. Sometimes a very small gesture goes a long way to satisfy a customer.
Again, a good stay, good food, just sad customer service isn't always above and beyond.

The Lewiston Hotel is my favorite place to eat in downtown Lewiston.

They have a good selection, great servers, and always have something fun going on. They have specials throughout the week, like Mexican Mondays. I highly recommend the Crunchwrap! Fish Tacos are also really good.

They also have great appetizers. If you love spice, the Ghostpepper cheesecurds will knock your socks off! They are SO spicy but you can't stop eating them because they are so delicious! Try them with Marinara or Ranch.

Their burgers are large and juicy, and they have crunchy fries that taste delicious. They also have very affordable prices.

If you go during the Mushroom Festival, you HAVE to order the mushroom soup. It was so good that we ordered one to take home for later. It was delicious!

In the winter, they keep us entertained with fun Trivia Nights on Wednesdays! It's a blast to get together with friends and ride your snowmobile into town.

If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to stop in! They also do carry-out orders if you work in the area and need a quick order for lunch or to take home to the family! We are always satisfied when we eat here. Food portions are the perfect size. Drinks are accurate. No complaints.

Here for a funeral and ordered lunch. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were burnt and inedible the fries were good. My grandson said his hamburger was good

Food and drinks: Check the chicken tenders before you pay!

Stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. We started with chips and queso which were good. For entrees he ordered the coney dogs which were pretty good. Upgraded for a side of onion rings which may have the best onion rings ever. They were so good. I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup and that was really good also. Order the onion rings, you won’t be disappointed!!!
Side note: this picture does not reflect the full order as we took the picture after several bites before we realized we needed a picture for our review. So the order came with 2 Coney dogs and many more O rings!! Did I mention how good these O rings are?!!!
