My boyfriend and I stopped in last Sunday to have dinner, 6:30. No one in dining area except a lonely but beautiful salad bar. Someone, yelled from the bar area, what do u want? She asked someone in the kitchen where to seat us? I replied, we are paying for a good meal, how about asking us where we would like to sit? She waved me good bye, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. No problem had a lovely dinner at the Lodge!

The Redwood is such a great restaurant, the food far exceeds the small town locale. The staff is great, like going where everyone knows your name. Tonight we the New York Strips, my husband had the steak add-on, Parmesan sauce w/ lobster & shrimp. As always they were the best steaks up North. My husband had their amazing homemade French Onion soup, nobody makes it it like them. We also had the cowboy bites as an appetizer. We are blessed to have such great food in our home town.

This place is way too underrated! On a Saturday night at 6:00, we were the only family there. I got the walleye with maple whipped sweet potato and broccolini. It was delicious and a perfect serving size! Please show this business the support it deserves.
This place has been amazing since the new owner bought it! The New York strip is very tasty has a char that is delicious! Also the Caesar salad is exceptional and our family loves it, highly recommended! My husband got the filet and said it was also spot on. We used to frequent another restaurant in the area that at one time had great food but we now go here instead.

It was our first time going to Redwood and definitely won't be the last! It was quiet when we went and we sat on the lounge side but our waiter Cody was great! And the food was delicious! My NY strip was seasoned and cooked to perfection and sides were good to. The perch and mac and cheese I was told was also really good.
