My wife and i went to dinner last night at the Cadillac house restaurant. I ordered a rib eye steak. It came out burned actually charred on the outside. The steak was cut on an angle from about a 1/4 " thick to 1" thick The 1/4" part was unable to eat as it was so overcooked. The thicker part was better except it was totally dry with no juices in it, When eating parts of it all I tasted was the chared meat no flavor at all

Cadillac House Tavern offers a wonderful dinner experience with well-prepared food served in a timely fashion. The bar staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly. This historic hotel, located right in the center of town, is a beautifully constructed and lovingly restored piece of Michigan history. While it has character and clean rooms, it is not ideal for those seeking quiet due to potentially loud music. The restaurant has a limited menu with good food.
