Excellent pizza! We definitely recommend stopping in for the deluxe pizza and a beer. Staff very friendly.
Great pizza
Great place for drinks...Socializing in Lexington.
I think they have $2 different beers weekly. Live music...
86 Noodles played when we were there. Amazing must see band!
We live locally and get carryout pizza from here often. Their crust was always the best, but tonight it was dry and stale. I’m guessing they expected to be busier than they were, and served leftover dough (?) It was very disappointing to not have the typical Steiss pizza that we were looking forward to. Hopefully, this isn’t a new recipe or supplier.
Excellent
First time here (after living here for 5 years 🤣). Even though she was swamped, our waitress, Madelyn, gave my wife and I excellent, personable, and expedient service. The food was also just as good. My rueben was tasty and very filling and my wife loved her French dip sandwich. Definitely coming back here!
EDIT April 17, 2025: Their pizza is also excellent!
No refills on pop? $3 for a 14oz coke half filled with ice. Most places will sell you a pint of beer for a couple bucks more. Enough said.
Just ordered a mini pizza for lunch with ham and pepperoni. Absolutely disgusting 🫣. Paid extra for extra cheese and it was non existent. The dough was raw. Tons of fragments of mushrooms and green pepper all over the pizza. Will never order again.
This had been our regular stop in Lexington but has gone downhill the last 2 years. They once had some of the best Broasted Chicken but have dropped that item. Service is hit or miss. We had our dinner order taken, and after a half hour, we inquired how it was coming, and we were informed that our food order hadn't been put in yet. Then, the server informed us that the cook had left for the evening, and we had a limited menu to choose from. Limited selection of beers and food has been just okay.
The service was good. The food , for the price, was okay. It was $100 dollars for three people. Expensive for a small pizza, fish dinner and a French dip sandwich coke and two beers. Decent place but for the price I may not return....Not worth that kind of money

I've been eating here for years! Definitely part of my Lexington visit to eat here. I always get a pizza- yes there are many other food choices however the pizza is unusually tasty and not your typical bar food.

I had family visiting. We just moved here last month.
After a beautiful day at the beach, everyone was hungry. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children under 10.
After viewing the menu online, we decided to go here because everyone found something that sounded good.
It was not busy at all. Our waitress was very sweet, but seemed new.
Our appetizer came out promptly and was enjoyed
Drinks were very slow coming out and no water was offered or brought to the table. My sisters drink virtually had no vodka(bloodymary).
We then found out the bar tender was also working in the kitchen nc there was no grill chef.
Four of us had fries with our mea, but they were 2 different types
Mine were all stuck together in a cluster. My sisters burger was very overcooked. The chicken in my nieces Cobb salad was so dry it was inedible. My turkey was cold on my reuben and the cheese was not melted. The bread was hard. The children's grilled cheese was hard.
I also want to say it took at least an hour to get our food ?
Needless to say, we did not have a good experience but we made the best of it.
It will be a long while before I want to come back.

Great food! Food was hot and fresh. Glad the music wasn't too loud and the restaurant wasn't too busy either for my taste. Had the dill pickle pizza and chicken tortellini and both were great.

Nadalyn was a great bartender. We only came to her, and she was the best as she always is. The Cajun chicken tortellini was amazing, and the garlic chz bread was a party in my mouth, lol. Will be back. Don't miss out on this place it's way better than windjammer.

The last few times we came here, we were very disappointed with the service. Daughter has a dairy allergy. Menu says chicken sandwich has mayo. They put ranch on it and acted like giving her a new bun was a major deal. Didn't even ask for a whole new sandwich. They charge extra to use credit card and it is not posted.

The food was good. Not the best in the world but a nice place to eat if you're looking for a place downtown Lexington
Parking: There is parking in the back but it's just dirt back there there aren't any lines or anywhere to determine parking spots and people park a little crazy back there
