The lady in the drive thru is beyond miserable, lazy and should be fired! They lose so many customers due to her poor customer service, long wait times and her requirement that all drive thru customers come inside. It’s a major inconvenience to have to bring my kids in. If you are short staffed do drive thru only! People rarely go inside anymore! I won’t be returning to this location in the future!

I love the burger king on dixs two of the manger know me so well soon as they see me walk in they say big order and they r always very nice and play and they make sure that everything is right and everything is in the bag like it's supposed to be... I love this one this is the only Burger King I will go to.. they are the number one Burger King

This burger king is a joke! Messed up my order twice and still handed me cold food idiots now in this time no wonder why they work here
Horrible waste of time. Untrained staff. So there is a reason McDonald's is crowded and BK across the street is empty. Took my money and then, machine not working. Didn't know how to process a refund. Don't risk it here. Waiting to see what will replace this when it shuts down permanently.

Lady that works the drive thru in the afternoon (2:30ish) is very unfriendly and sounds as if she's having the busiest shift she has ever worked. Doesn't say hello, Doesn't say thank you or have a nice day. Also im constantly asked to pull around to the front and wait after I've paid for my food. Doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it can be a pain if they happen to be busy. Its annoying and I no longer go there.
