you got like no employees. so even when you are the only person in line it takes too long for what you get. and the make you pull around the building for what ever you get even if it is one sandwich and again you are the only one in the line.

My cashier was great. Food horrible. Fries were fresh but onion rings were cold. Soda had no carbonation. No ice. Woman who served food was rude

I've been stopping here recently to try and enjoy some fries with ketchup. Of course, when I ask for it.. never freakin get it. How hard is it to put ketchup in the bag? Rather, I ask at the drive thru or to yalls face. It's never in the bag. Thanks. 👍

I placed an order with Door Dash and one of the items was a BOGO Original Chicken sandwich. I ordered from this BK since it's close to the house and my food can get here hot. For reason unexplained the order was then rerouted to another BK on Sibley and Fort, which is quite a distance from me so the food would be cold, and they dropped the damn Chicken sandwiches from the order. What a bunch of crap. Totally screwed up my dinner that night.

So apparently they are running a million whopper for $1 promo. I was running errands when I saw the add pop up on my app. So I ordered on the app and stopped in the eat.
Upon arriving. The place is clean. Not allot of staff to be seen. But my order was ready and waiting for me on the counter at a pick up area. I grabbed my items. Nicely sealed to show safety.
The dining area is clean and bright.
Now onto the food.
The cheesy tots are not good. Not what I expected. Warm. Not hot. And not very tot like. More like a mashed potato with some type of cheese in the center. Kinda tough. Won't do that again.
The whopper. VERY good. Hot. Loaded with the toppings I wanted and juicy good. I enjoyed that very much.
Drink: Cold and not overloaded with ice.
Overall it's a four star because no interaction with employees. Clean and tidy. Fast. Was ready when I got there. Whopper very good. Tots not. Drink good.
Fair overall score for my lunch experience.

The food always tastes fine but my husband and I noticed we both spend the rest of the night in the bathroom every time we eat from here. Will not be returning and don’t recommend anyone else does either
Ordered breakfast and was given nearly cold coffee, cold hash browns and lukewarm sandwiches for $8. Definitely not happy with this experience

I was starving this morning, and I chose to get Burger King with my last few dollars. And when I got to open my sausage egg and cheese biscuit, it was burnt, but I was so hungry I tried to eat it and it tastes terrible. Thumbs down to Burger King on Fort Street in Lincoln
I ordered a Whopper with no onions, no lettuce, and requested fresh-cooked fries—and my order was prepared exactly as requested. The customer service was excellent, and both the dining area and restroom were clean. Great experience overall.
