I'll never purchase from there again.
Literally just left 3:45pm 5/23/25
Waited forever and the damn food cold, the lady that took the order on her personal phone, i walk in from the drive through because it was taking forever and ask was the food being cooked and she just walks away. Didn't say nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD
The new fish sandwich and chicken sandwich is TERRIBLE.
No one inline at the drive thru. still took 5 minutes for my order. I got the cod dinner for my grandma and she said she enjoyed it
The food was rubbery. Taste wasn't that great. The fries were good though.
Just don’t do it! The perch was fried so hard and it was so thin….literally coating with no seasoning. The okra was old and cold..hard pieces throughout. The Mac n cheese was tasteless. Whoooo the hell is back there cooking this mess? Threw all of it away! Waste of $32! The owners should be ashamed. I bet they’re not eating this trash. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to never eat here! Save your hard earned money.
The Superman Cake is amazing!
Nice and crispy chicken
Sat the speaker for 20 minutes waiting to have our order taken, left and when to the other one nearby
Customer service is trash and the food is mediocre. I have been to better Captain Jay's locations. You guys need to do better.
Slow as hell service
