Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken

They need to have corporate came to this location and let everyone go. Find new people that know how to do their job. The staff horrible , food horrible, service horrible. My food was cold . Called ahead they said 20mins it took 45min and that is after I waited 20mins. They forgot half of my order and then told me it was my fault lol.

This is a large fry that they charge $5.49 for ! Definitely won’t be back here again I have a family of 6 so always spent good money. Literally a medium fry from McDonald’s has more fries in it.

I will be disputing this charge with my bank aswell!

I remember when the chicken sandwich first came out, hadn’t heard of it yet mainstream but I walked in the restaurant, saw it and ordered it and they even added a slice of cheese to the spicy chicken sandwich and it was amazing.
Fast forward to maybe close to a year later and I reordered the chicken sandwich. To my surprise I was met with disappointment. Not because of the service, the service was absolutely superb!!!
The quality of the chicken sandwiches are completely different and disturbing. At first glance I mistook them for being fish sandwiches. To my surprise they were “fish fried chicken sandwiches.” The chicken was literally battered in fish fry and then fried. Fried Fish batter and Fried Chicken flour and both greases were kept separate in my household when I was growing up.
This is a corporations so I understand the grease being shared between the meats but the batter being shared is unacceptable.
I posted the difference between what is advertised as the chicken sandwich vs what I received today. Please fry my chicken in flour next time.
I would’ve took them back but the store was closed once I made it home and opened my sandwiches. I definitely would appreciate a refund.

The food was really good but this lady tell me it would be 8-12 min for my food i just got some wings dings and fries and some biscuits...i got them over a hr later.......ppl don't mind waiting for fresh hot food just don't lie about the time because that's was pisses customer off be honest and let them choose cuz if I had know it would have took over a hr to cook some wing dings and fries i would have went elsewhere but 10 minutes wasn't long but 1 hr and 20 was

They messed up my order, was rude when during the call to let it be known they missed food out of my order! Then had the audacity to say my I didn't have to be rude after they were slow and unprofessional and had issue reading and comprehension! Won't be eating this dry ass chicken!!! Workers need training 😫 or new staff!!!

The new fish sandwich and chicken sandwich is TERRIBLE.

No one inline at the drive thru. still took 5 minutes for my order. I got the cod dinner for my grandma and she said she enjoyed it

The food was rubbery. Taste wasn't that great. The fries were good though.
