Good fast food today was much different.. ordered two brisket sandwiches BBQ and what I got wasn't what I ordered..a hamburger patty with a few pieces of brisket? Under the Patty no BBQ sauce

Come here if you want your order rung up wrong and then be accused of lying when you say you had ordered something else. I hadn’t been to a checkers in several years and was just hoping for some food after dealing with finals. If I wanted to be gaslit I’d move back in with my dad.
Props to the guy who overheard what was going on and had the sandwich remade anyways. I may be bad with names, but if you’re reading this, I appreciate you, bro.

Checkers Rally’s fries have never failed and are always warm and crispy! The burgers itself for the most part have been pretty good but the presentation itself was okay. I recommend the sundaes, 98% of the time always look and taste great!

Patty was cold and onions were soggy no crunch, to much lettuce one thin tomato and two pickles. Fries had to much oil and the Rootbeer had a waterd down taste. They need to improve on there product.

Ok. I don't know what to say except for this is unacceptable... I'm going to start from the beginning I ordered a spicy chicken with no lettuce add tomato a checker burger. Now I got the same thing last week and they messed it up... didn't mention it but this time I pull up to the windows and I check my food. And of course it was wrong. She wanted to argue with me and say I didn't say no lettuce, yes I did. How did you hear the tomato. I also noticed that the chicken was old can not even warm and it was hard as a rock. she then said "those just came out a few minutes ago" shocked i said there's still lettuce on it. She took it back and scraped the lettuce off and gave it back. I didn't realize that till I took a bite as I was pulling out. I realized it turned around and came back. I went into the walk up. And told the guy there what was wrong. I asked for it to be made fresh. He says ok. I wait there for another 10 min. He hands me a new bag with my sandwich in it and i didn't check this time like an idiot. I drive home. And not only is there lettuce and no tomato they put ketchup on it like what in the world... it's not crazy busy why are they so rude and don't care about what we asked and paid for. This isn't cheep anymore! So I didn't take any chances with either sandwich had to go back out and get food somewhere else. We are beyond just replacing my food i believe... no one is holding these employees accountable and it is completely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate.
