I’ve tried a few different Chicken Shacks and this one was the best. Food was hot! Nothing missing. They were very busy and everything was right. Ordered online, was ready on time. I will go out of my way to go to this one instead of the one closest to me!! I love that the ranch wasn’t packed with the hot food! I appreciate that!! Who likes warm ranch?? Not me! Keep up the good work!! Customer service was 100%!
I'm not as impressed with Chicken Shack as I once was. The portions have gotten smaller, the selections more limited and the prices are higher. It's just not my go to/ good deal place anymore. The service hasn't gotten any friendlier either.
Disappointing. I waited 25 minutes for a take out. Fish was small fish stick shape and it was Cod. I had a bone on one of my fish sticks. 2 orders and I got 3 pieces of Cod and fries over 25.00.

It was my first time to go into a Chicken Shack. My family decided this was the go-to place for food for a family gathering. April was extremely helpful in making suggestions for the best way to order for a group of eight people to make it cost effective. Our pickup day request was not a problem and Maria made sure we had everything we needed when we came in to pick it up. Everything was hot and ready. Definitely a great experience and we will be repeat customers.* One suggestion... please repave your parking lot.*
