Cottage Inn Pizza Lincoln Park

They made me wait almost an hour for my order which I placed in advance. Since I entered the store the employee was telling me that he would be there in 5 minutes and so I spent 45 minutes waiting and he looked at me while he made fun of me at my house. And it wasn't even busy because no one else came into the store and he just looked at me and laughed.

I stopped in on my way to work to grab lunch, and Brayden was very pleasant and provided quick service.

I ordered pizza the other night and I was more than pleased! There was only one young man working(Dillon) and he moved like a machine. I’ve never seen someone move so quickly, with a smile and so calm. My pizza was perfect, the service was perfect. I 200% will be ordering again from here! Thank you Dillon!

Great pizza friendly staff

don’t go applying here to work. they’ll work you and not pay you. or they’ll take weeks to get a check, they’ll say they do direct deposit but don’t be fooled because it’s a scam, anytime a check was given there was a problem cashing it at the bank. the oven is black and hasn’t been cleaned since 2020 the hot water doesn’t work, sink doesn’t drain to wash dishes, horrible establishment, cameron farmer is not a good business man?

ex employee, they don’t pay their workers because they don’t make enough. i haven’t been working there for 2 months and still owed money

The person working night shift today made my food with so much precision and quality it blew my mind and on top of that he made it super fast while multitasking other orders, they had lasagna and he was more then happy to cook it for me hope to see him get a promotion

I ordered a pizza last night about 10pm says they are open until 2am, I sat around waiting for my pizza for over an hour.. then I checked my bank account realizing they canceled my order and refunded it without calling me to notify they canceled!!!! I was VERY upset, my daughter and I got nothing last night!!!

Called to order Blt pizza and she said they have no lettuce and tomatoes so it would be a bacon only pizza.???

I went in there to place an order picked up two pizzas The young man, working behind the counter, was very friendly and very respectful he was the only one in there working and moving like a machine.
. when I got home, the pizzas were delicious. He did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this place.

This one use to be a good Cottage Inn, we have always been fans of the chain but this one just burnt us too many times. Pizza is always undercooked, even when asking for more cook time. Delivery takes 75+ minutes (but only said , we are maybe 10 min away, wanted delivery so the birthday boy didn't have to go get his own, well that didn't work, we still don't have our pizzas. We tried calling, no one answers, I am about 5 min away from ordering hungry howies and disputing the cottage inn charge. I ordered at 6:38, estimated delivery was 7:13, I'm still waiting at 8:23.
