I had to post something because it been going on too long my local Dunkin donuts I got there almost everyday if not every other day I spend hundreds of dollars there I take all my kids there I have no issues with the rest of the staff nor do they have issues with me and my family pretty happy when they see us walk in. But this one girl has had a issue with me since one time i came in because there was too much expresso added to my drink I was very polite (since they gave me no reason to not) and asked for it to be remade because one of my coffees is $8 I want to be able to drink my coffee she had a whole attitude about it and threw a fit. Just like she did today when my coffee was made wrong again it has been made wrong by her many times since but I have just taken the coffee and decided not to complain because of how I was treated the last time and today I walked in and as she’s ringing up my coffee she giggled in a very weird way but the person I was with said they noticed the attitude coming from her as well. Everytime I come in she act like a high school mean girl giggling looking at me then when she speaks to me she is short and disrespectful. I work coffee all day long for over 2 years I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like i know i would have made it properly I also know how difficult it is when customers bring coffee back or don’t have a good experience but I would never treat them how I have been treated. Anyone who knows me knows I am not one to complain about my food and drinks and I am ALWAYS nice and respectful. Its the shortest girl that works there she’s there almost everyday of the week. She needs to fix her attitude towards people she will one day meet the wrong person. Shame will never be going back.

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! i ordered donuts online at night time (they are open 24 hours). I came to pickup my order and the guy said he has no donuts (why are you open then???). he refused to give me a refund even though i did not receive ANY of my food (it was a $20 order). I talked to customer support. They wont give me a refund either. I talked to the business owner. She wouldnt give me a refund either. I have no one left to reach out to. Its been over 2 weeks and i still have not gotten a refund. If you place an online order, youre basically screwed out of your money. These people are extremely unprofessional.

Months back I swore I wouldn’t go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts, I went in, I needed 10 gift cards, two dozen donuts, and a coffee. I was treated so disrespectfully like I was bothering them and swore I would never go back to this one. Today I had some time to waste so I took my grandson to this Dunkin’ Donuts because I had a gift card. Nothing has changed still rude still, still disrespectful, tossed my donuts at me handed me my grandson, who has autism, handed him his drink so aggressively. I’m just done. I guess Dunkin’ Donuts is no longer on my agenda. It’s usually my go to for gift cards for gifting teachers etc but I was definitely reminded today of why I stopped going to my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts

My gosh Unless you have money to throw away your better off getting a dozen of donuts and the Meijer Store close by it. For 1 dozen of Donuts, one small cappuccino, and one large Latte it ran $30.00. Ridiculous!
Love that they are open 24 hours. They always have a decent selection of ice cream, donuts and pre-made frozen cakes/ice cream.
Needs better outdoor lighting at night, there is no lighted sign and it is hard to tell if it is open or now unless you walk up to the door.

The employees were joking around in another language, not English. Having so much fun. They didn't want to wait on me than when they did wait at me they had no donuts. They had like five types of donuts out of all of the ones that they should have even though they're open 24 hours and they looked really old. And so needless to say I had to go somewhere else. Terrible service. Terrible food. I'm done with this place. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
