If you have a taste for chicken, don't waste your time with Hoots. Don't even consider it. I ordered $90 worth of food at 4:30pm and listed my pickup time as 5:30pm. The incompetent workers dropped it when they felt like it and then re-dropped it in the grease when it was closer to the time for me to pick it up. I know this because the so-called manager told me when I called to complain about my food. I was told to bring the food back and they would evaluate my concerns. When I arrived another person who said they were the manager told me that I wasted my time, he would not refund my money or remake my food. He told me to dispute it online. The manager was rude and argumentative. He told me I looked stupid and he would beat my a**. My experience was a zero out of 10. I would not recommend this place to anybody! My boneless wings were undercooked, my fries and tater tots were mushy.

I was on my way to work then I saw this hooters sub station wing place. Small place felt a little bit like a dive. This place has good aromas. But they did not match with my taste buds. I had the the chicken strips with the chipotle sauce. Curly fries were not fitting to my taste either. Maybe it's because around this area there are too many options to choose from. The service is in good standard this place is not even a year old. So I figure maybe next time I ll stop here in 6 months let's see if it gets any better. That's is all. Chief There are things in life that will set your path.

I ordered 15 wings in Parm Garlic sauce. It was a doordash order and there was no option for sauce on the side and as I feared, these wings came swimming in sauce. I had to take a napkin and blot each wing to try and get rid of most of the sauce. Who the hell wants their wings swimming in sauce?? I sure don't. Thanks for ruining my dinner on New Years Eve. Unedible
I dont know what drugs people are on but having eaten at the original hooters as well as many others i have to say this place is top notch.did the wings both boneless and regular, veey good juicy.Beware the wings with sauce will be wet- thats how they do sauced wings wet!Oh and please fix your outside lights none are working.Parking: Typical small parking lot holds about 12 to 20 cars
