Hungry Howie's Pizza

We ordered a delivery and after waiting an hour and a half and our food order was never placed and the manager left us on hold 10 minutes and our problem was never resolved… the manager was worthless and rude and they never fixed the problem

Worst service EVER ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT SHIFT LADY very rude and saying I take advantage cause I call and complain ONLY WHEN MY PIZZA IS MESSED UP ME AND MY FAMILY SPEND MONEY THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND THERE IS PLENTY AND MANY TIMES OVER 10yrs that we been going through them and only complain when they mess up my pizza

10 buck for a small and I DO MEAN SMALL pizza that was mostly bread and very little cheese. Never again. Didn’t taste all that good either. Insane price for what I got

They are too stupid to make your order me and my girl went here she ordered 8 wings I ordered 16 wings and they only put in the 16 cause the girl working there is not smart enough to listen

Ordered again for pickup. Went and paid and sat there for 5-10mi minutes while my pizza was done! Then she came up and grabbed my pizza and asked me if I got my ranch. I'm done I'm done with this place. I tried a couple times but that's the final draw for me. Stupid!

This is the most horrible Pizza I ever had
Someone just pile of mountains toppings in one spot you can tell it was a rush job I was mad that the kids already took a slice before I can take it back but I will never order from this place again

I ask for well done and the pizza crust was black and the cheese was hardened. I opened the box while I was still there and told her I didn't want it. She the "manager" said we won't be able to help you. I told her you lost a customer and she said that is fine have a nice day. When an establishment shows you who they are take your business elsewhere.

Worst experience I have ever had to deal with if you get cold food expect unprofessional service you will be offer you a $5 credit you will not get any money back the only way you get a re make is if they get your order back they will leave your family hungry do not Oder from this location pathetic I did not think hungry Howies would deliver such bad customer service I will not order from this location agin management is a joke there pathetic and don’t care I had to go to my bank to get my money back $5 credit was the only option I ordered at 815 went out 830 got to the house 930 cold as can be what a joke

Takeout only, so low on atmosphere. Employees are generally very courteous. Pizza is good. We really like the thin crust. If customers could tip using a credit card, we would patronize more often. I'm sure the employees would benefit.
