Waited for over 45 minutes for my order to be ready just for it to not be correct and wait another 30 because they don’t do refunds
The lady tried to tell me they don’t have them and I said I want my money back and then she turned around and decided to start making them

So we got there at about 730. Went inside to order.... Honestly didn't even realize that this location closes at 8. We did have to wait for our food because it was later, and a Tuesday so they had that 10 dollar bucket deal. That didn't even matter the service was outstanding and they just hooked us up for waiting!! The food was so hot and fresh!!!! Thank you for everything will definitely be back to your location!!!!

The ladies that work during the day are amazing. I believe one of them is the general manager every time I go my food is always hot and never takes long however, the crew at night or whatever second shift that is I really don’t care for. Seems like they don’t wanna be there and their attention is always everywhere else except their customers that’s why I still gave a five because the first shift are perfect. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Placed my order in the drive-through at 6:04pm and it is now 6:35. Still haven’t got my food and every time I come here I have to wait extra long for them to fry some chicken. It’s as if they don’t anticipate customers. That’s why it’s hardly anybody ever here. I’m surprise this place isn’t closed down.
