Tenders were over cooked and they gave me fries instead of Mac & cheese. ALWAYS have to check my order before driving away and 99% of the time have to go in and have it fixed.

What can I say.... I placed an online order at 7:15pm. I arrived to pick up my order, all entrances were closed and locked. I then went through the drive thru, and after stating I had a pick up order, and giving my name, the person arrived.. "OK, we're making it".
I went to the window, when the person came to the window, he opened the doors, tossed my bag to me and walked away... ZERO WORDS...
I got home and realized my "chicken sandwhich" was 2 pieces of tenders on a bun.. I got the wrong chicken in my bucket, and rock hard, ice cold biscuits.
Missing more than half my food, broken chicken bones, fries were cold, hardly no gravy on my mashed potatoes

This is the worst KFC In all of detroit And the downriver area. I don't know about the service or the atmosphere this restaurant This restaurant is never open.It's employees are never Taking orders even though I can see them in the window I do not recommend you waste your time driving to this KFC It's like they want you to go to the one on dix in lincoln park so they don't actually have to work. There is never any cars in there Drive through or they're parking lot now I know why because they are never open.

This KFC used to be really good. We never had no problems now it’s like you have to ask for napkins utensils they don’t provide you with anything but your food in a bag and one of my items was wrong. Every time I go even though it’s something little, I don’t complain about I let it go. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location

They're open, ( drive thru ) and they got my order RIGHT! First time in forever. Food was fresh and hot! And the service was great. Live around the block from this one ...NEVER liked it! So glad I gave them a final chance! Apparently some changes have been made.

I purchased the 20 dollar fill up box. It was sad, they're out of what goes in the box but they don't tell you. I got home had some sad looking chicken,some absolutely horrible old cold fries and no biscuits at all. THIS IS THE WORST KFC ON THE PLANET. DO NOT GO HERE.
