Ordered pick up said it was ready at 5:10 as promised, it wasn't finally ready almost 25 minutes late, even after waiting for was terrible. Said it had new management not to long ago, they need to try again, big fail. Wouldn't recommend. Has to be the worst run KFC I have ever been to. No drink carrier. Had to put my drinks in a bucket.

The hours say they close at 9pm. I pulled in drive thru at8:20pm sat there for 10 minutes. All employees were outback smoking. Finally a person answered, said they were closed ,for were all out ove chicken I said are you for real, are out are just don't want to cook more. She told me to have a nice day and slammed the drive in window in my face. This place is a real disgrace to the KFC and let me say I'll never stop here again. This took place on Monday nite Oct.20 2025 at 820pm

This is the LAST time I go to this location on Dix in Lincoln Park. And, it's a shame, too, because they're 5 minutes from my house! The last two times I placed my order online, my food is COLD by the time they give it to me! I LITERALLY have to come home and warm it up!! My food is done fairly quickly (which is good), BUT, because they're SOOO slow, it sits there for 5-10 minutes before I get it!! If you like cold food thats SUPPOSED to be HOT, then this is your place!
I asked for my wingdings to be fresh and the man lying and said everything was fresh and my stuff come out looking all old and nasty and then they told me no refund

Went through the drive thru with service leaving something to be desired. Spicy wings were cold and hardly spicy. I recieved no ranch , no napkins just a smile and the bag flung into my hands;albeit nicely. Oddly enough for this lack of service there stood an extra large plastic cup with the words Tips hand written and taped on its side. If your lucky enough to peak in ; you'll see dirty greasy racks full of chicken sitting, and workers with nike slides on in the kitchen of all places. After all this I still go here hoping that this location has gotten better,and every time Im disappointed, disrespected, and disgusted. Do your self a favor and go in if you absolutely desire the taste of KFC.
