They feel like they can close whenever they feel like it, well before nine o'clock. Several times I've gone there just before 8:30 and they said we're closed. Once I asked the guy if there was anything at all I could order and he said "No, we're all out of food. I told ya we're closed."Sounds kind of rude, and if they close by 8:30 why do they have 9:00 on the door and on their website?

Dining area is ALWAYS closed but have kids sitting inside ,every time I ask for a certain item they never seem to have it.i remember asking one time when the lobby will be opened the manger said we don't have enough people to open lobby but if you have a problem with it you can fill out an application. To the point I will probably not go there anymore.

First time coming to this location. I simply saw a guy with kfc hat and shirt he was coming in at 11 if the inside was open he just looked at Mr and kept going. He didn't lock door assumed they are open came in and ask was inside open and informed them I attempted asking the employee he wouldn't answer according to the nasty response from the heavy set Caucasian said he isn't on clock he don't have to answer. I'm like he couldn't just say is the inside open??? She said they open at 12 online it says 11 so not my fault. I said I placed the order though she said sarcasticly you can't come through drive threw at that point I don't like her attitude the employees were laughing like 2 year Olds at her ignorant sarcasm. So I said I'm good ill go somewhere else I do not trust people like that handling my food. I stood at the door to find cooperates number. She walks to go out no excuse me nothing just stood there so so did I. Than employees said clock her clock her meaning hit me. I don't know why there's such Elementary childish unhome trained children working there. I will never in my life go to her again and had never experienced so much ignorance and disrespect in my life. This place needs to be shut down or they need to hire adults... Not children... I'm not going to just move and she just stood next to me as if im suppose to be intimidated... Um no

The lobby is always closed for short staff they say but there are kids in the lobby and workers sitting around. What's the point of ordering on line if you have to wait like a new customer in the drive thru. They own 3 other locations that are further away but don't have the same issues. Last time coming here and corporate could care less so don't bother with them.

I ordered online because I wasn't able to drive and I have my small grandchildren with me. So I ordered the largest meal they offered with an extra bucket of chicken. I was to include 4 sides and biscuits. The confirmation that my order was ready my son picked it up. When we got the order for $75.00 the chicken was not fresh I asked mixed and was given all dark and the breast were tough to eat and the chicken wasnt crispy it was soogie the containers with the sides were half filled but was told that for I paid the aren't supposed to be filled to the top. And to add insult to injury. The Manger did not even answer the call. She had the crew member answer only tell me what she did and I was lying about how I received my order. So KFC out 20 something years of patronizing your your restaurants this family will gladly take their business elsewhere. Treating loyal customers this way is not right. And because I had no way to get the food back I was told I couldn't get my money back or compensation for my order. I understand that the restaurant may have ran out of things we ordered, but to dileberatly give this to a customer, when i know when they fix their food it is very plentiful is disrespectful. I hope you never happens to another customer.Never again KFC. ?
