The Kroger in Lincoln Park on Dix and Southfield used to be great but within this year every time it's worse and worse the employees are horrible lazy and rude they are getting rid of all the older hard workers and putting in lazy younger kids who play to much and are truly very rude. The customers that go here are trouble as well and they are always out of everything. The vegetables are horrible when they do have them. I go because it's the closes one but honestly I think for what I spend it's going to worth the drive to go to the one in Southgate or Taylor anyone but this one. Seriously the employees are so stupid and rude.

Place is just very very dirty. Who wants to shop where there’s a dirty store that’s poorly maintained? Added some more pictures just keeps getting worse May 4, 2024 Also produce is not the best selection and has gone downhill. Brussel sprouts shown should be donated or thrown out. $3.59 for Shriveled up sprouts?

As far as groceries Kroger outdoes a lot of the stores I don't really buy food at Walmart people are friendly stores clean they pretty much have everything I want but the phone number in I get a discount

Smaller and an older krogers, but I thought it was easy to get my groceries..Associates seem more caring..Parking a little cramped for a busy Krogers. Need to be careful getting in and out..very small lot.I think it was more simple to get in and out!

I have made complaints to management at the store about the so-called bottle monitor who harasses people as they put bottles into the bottle machine. When I called him out on it he followed me around the store until I cashed out. I told this to management it was ignored it is on camera. My next step is to follow up with the local news. There are several people back in back me up on this

Went here tonight to pick up a couple snacks for movie night. Big mistake.100 people in the store and only 3 cashier's. 2 cashiers ringing people up and 4 U scan open. Terrible experience! Took over 30 minutes to get out. This store is not a pleasant place to shop. Very disappointed.same. Waiting on line to pay for things. Never understood the concept.

Hate this location so much. Have had terrible customer service in general here. Make sure you check your sealed containers before leaving the store. Bought frosting without checking, got home and they were opened/unsealed and had finger swipes through it. This was my final straw here, will make the drive to Meijer or Walmart
