Employees act as if they do not want to work there. I will never return to this location ever again. Ordered 2 things and was told it would not be ready and to go through the drive thru after placing the order 50 minutes prior. Id reevaluate this location if i were a district manager.

- Good food but never answers phone and cant order onlineUPDATE- I ordered food inside when the parking lot was full and drive thru lane almost to Southfield. They were fast, curtious and continued to check on my order. My only complaints are; 1. My hot and ready was "cold and steady" like i was eating a brick. I thought they could only leave the pizza in the warmer for a certain amount of time but could be wrong. 2. The parking lot is small which isn't the stores fault. This location is constantly packed, hence the move from a few bulidings down to provide more space etc. In my opinion, it is still inadequate. I would rate 4 stars but every other part of the service is good. This could have been just a bad day or hour for them.

Online order took 40 min alone. Plus had to sit in line cause the doors were locked. Waited 35 min there. Then they still shorted me a pizza, and two two lieters.

Never in my life will I return to this store. I’ve been a life long customer here but not any more. Food is trash and it’s cold half the time. YOU’LL WAIT FOREVER. I waited over 30 mins multiple times for 2 hot n ready n crazy bread tried to get my money and they wouldn’t because I ordered online and the damn pizza portal has never ever worked there. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Little Caesar’s around don’t waste your valuable time and money
