The first time we came in here we had a bartender and she was awesome but today we came in and there was no seat at the bar so we sat at a table. It took eight minutes before the server even acknowledged us because she was too busy sitting at the bar socializing. Finally, she realized we were sitting at a table and did her order, but even when it was time to go. She gave us a check before I could even give her the card. She went back to sit at the bar and socialize. I’m sorry, but you should not do that. The food is excellent. We’ve had so far not impressed with our waitress Lora She’s too busy worried about her social life and her job.. Which makes it really disappointing because the food is great, but her service makes you not want to go back
I hadn't been here in awhile, I really don't know why we don't go here more often. We had good food and excellent service from a lady named Arika. She suggested one of the specials, the bluegill dinner, which my son had. My husband had the cod and I decided on the Cobb salad. The fish dinners were very good, and their food was hot. They had a choice with their meals they both opted for the macaroni and cheese. My salad was excellent with a generous amount of bleu cheese and fresh crisp lettuce. The bathrooms were clean and it was overall a pleasant experience. Arika is very attentive and pays attention to the clientele. They also have events like music bingo, a chili cook-off and salsa competition. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went for the Friday fish fry yesterday. I ordered the walleye and it was delicious. The breading was perfect, not thick at all and was nice and crunchy. It was a little busy and our server, Erica, was friendly and on point. I definetly would go back.

My wife and I went there for Lent fish fry they advertised Wayands perch but Wayands went out of business Last Summer so if you tried this place for Lent you will be disappointed for the perch it's nothing but muss & batter. McCaffrey's needs to take this advertisement off their website. But I must add that the waitresses were top-notch even though it was busy thumbs up to the wait staff
