Best service in suck a long time. I cam in with my ebike and need it to charge it and the blond manager was Soo nice to let me in to charge it. I ordered somethink and was missing 60 cents and she actually sponsor my meal. Super super super clean . Stay here for like an hr and never I heard once someone yelling. Great customer service and great managers.

The last 2 times we ordered the Big Mac share box, food has been horrible. Ordered one on August 4. Fries were well undercooked, soggy, and cold. Big Macs were very dry and cold. Hardly any Mac sauce on them. The chicken nuggets were cold and some were very chewy. The blueberry and creme pies were still nice a warm. Best part of the order.

I went inside to place a take out order. I got home, unpacked the food, and realized part of the order was missing and one sandwich was made incorrectly. I called them to let them know what happened. They said I could come back for a replacement. I arrived back at the store. The kid went to hand me the replacement sandwich... without a bag... without an apology. I got back home, opened the bag... it was the wrong sandwich. I called... again... they said they would give me a refund. Whoop dee do... This is by far, the worst McDonald's, downriver!

McDonald's can't even be classified as food anymore. They've gotten these poor kids used to eating this toxic garbage & believing that it's actually meat & that it tastes good. I eat elsewhere & go there for the play place & will consume almost nothing from the menu. Even the shakes & apple pies are nasty now. It's almost like they are attempting to see how low they can go with the food quality. The employees are self-absorbed, unfriendly & unhelpful.

WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a McDonald's! Management needs to fire everybody and start from scratch! We waited for 30 minutes in the reserved spot behind TWO OTHER cars also waiting on their food. We went in after 25 minutes of watching cars behind us get their food and there was a line in there of customers complaining, too. When we audibly asked the short girl with long locs at the counter for a refund, she stared at us and walked behind the other side of the wall where she was out of view. She had her phone in her hand and didn't even apologize, ask how she could help, or anything like that. We had to ask 2 or 3 times for a refund before someone finally came up to the counter with our cash in hand. Left hungry without our order! Completely unacceptable! Never coming back to this location!

Drive thru attendant was sitting down and dropped my change on the ground. Just stand up and hand it to me properly! 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and small fries. The burger was fresh out of the fridge!
