Not sure what is going on at this location, but the drive-thru line took over 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I typically avoid this location due to the wait times, but figured it would be faster at 9pm on a Sunday evening.

Manager is RUDE never come here. They don’t care about you or how you receive your food. They “ran out” of ketchup up and pretended like I was asking for all of their money in the register when I ask them to give me some ketchup in a fry container so I could eat my four orders of fries. NEVER COME HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND LAZY and the dining room was dirty, I had to clean our table with wet naps I brought from home and people leave their garbage on the tables and just walk out like it’s nothing. Filthy and gross. Zero stars

3 months later… Same McDonald’s nothing has changed. They constantly run out of topping , pickles and onions, they’ll sell you the burger anyways without informing you. Did this to me tonight. Poorly managed. Food cold as well.

I ordered a mobile order for breakfast and when i got there there was a long line and then when i got to the window at 1029 she told me they wont make my order and i’ll receive a refund in 7 days

I go to this location because it's close. I have never gotten a whole order yet. I'm really tired of it so I won't return. Who is the owner and why isn't he/she reading reviews because they all seem the same. Employees well that's the lowest of the lowest. They have no clue what their doing. They argue they are loud and never use manners. Wow I can't believe this location is still in business.
This one's really sucked for a while. I work food service so I get it but to a degree... Sometimes I'll do curbside and I'll be sitting there for upwards of 45 minutes... With no rush... Um... They frequently forget to give me things, in drive thru, delivery, and curbside. It's gotten steadily worse. Sometimes the drinks taste like soap, and most of the food seems like it's well past its throw out time. They are nice enough to give a lot of sauce though? I'll give them that

Make sure to check your order. We have yet to get a complete or correct order from this location in the 3 years we have lived here. They always give the excuse we are short staffed or really busy but we always beat the rush. From burgers that are made incorrectly to missing items it's a constant with this location. We never order special, they are just incapable of making the burger the way its advertised.

My son was attacked by the overnight staff this morning. I have contacted authorities and reached out to the media. My son was attacked verbally and physically by the staff. I have also sent a complaint to the BBB. After speaking to the staff members of this location they lied on my son and harassed my son over 12 dollars after my son requested the Latino girl to remake old food that was given to my son. The mix boy working the window was throwing food at my son! We have made a police report and will be contacting your general managers and corporate office!

Went in to pick up my order and got nothing but agitated attitudes. I went up to the counter, being bypassed by employees, stood there for a couple minutes until finally I spoke to a girl behind the counter. I told her I just had a ready order for pickup and she stated they were backed up. That’s perfectly fine, I know they were busy, the thing is she had an annoyed tone. She then came back to the counter there were two people behind me and she bypassed me and asked another customer their name. Intentional? Absolutely! I will never return to this store, I don’t care how hungry my family are. No wonder they only have a 3ish star rating. Not that this review will do anything to fix the problem, at least I’m able to warn others about the service.
