It's not the employees fault of the unhealthy ingredients of the food. It is their fault that they seem to forget at least 1 item every time, and the burgers they do remember to give you can be pretty dry half the time.

Took my daughter for a little bite to eat we stood at the counter for 11 minutes while employees just did their thing eventually a young man I believe the manager came to take our order he was supreme other than the fact I requested an orange pop(soda) and ended up with a hi-C.
All tables were dirty ice cream machine was working though.

Gave this McDonald’s 3 chances they screwed up all three. The first one attitudes were very rude at the window. Second our food was cold and soggy after being asked to pull up and waiting for 15 minutes. Finally tonight they messed up out order and forgot some of our food. Shame on us for going back in the first place.
Couldn't print out a receipt from kiosk or at register. No one could do it. Manager refused to get off her but to do it.

i love next to a lot of mcdonald’s. take the 2-5 min drive and go to the next closest one. i’d rather eat my own underwear than go to this place. the people taking the orders are actually awesome. they are very nice and very cool. it comes down to the management. poorly ran. they should cherish the people doing drive thru because they are always so down to earth and real people. however… they consistently get my order wrong, and the people at the last window hand you your food like they know you’re order is wrong and they dare you to come back around with a complaint. my advice, there’s a really nice mcdonald’s across from meijer. they’re way better. avoid this place at all costs

the best thing about this mcdonald’s is the consistency. you will consistently get a “botched” order. i pray every night they make a closer mcdonald’s that actually cares about customers so i dont have to go to this mcdonald’s anymore.
