Not sure what is going on at this location, but the drive-thru line took over 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I typically avoid this location due to the wait times, but figured it would be faster at 9pm on a Sunday evening.

It's not the employees fault of the unhealthy ingredients of the food. It is their fault that they seem to forget at least 1 item every time, and the burgers they do remember to give you can be pretty dry half the time.

I must say a manager in by the name of Bell needs a raise she really looked out for me today like never before and I really appreciate and on her for what she did. Coming from the state of Florida is very rare that you have good managers who's willing to go above and beyond their job of duties please GM whomever hire her I really need to consider to give her a raise seriously like ASAP
