La Sultana Ice Cream Shop & Snacks

Overwhelming menu. Not kind or helpful. The menu is on display screens & they last a few seconds. It seems they create items, just throw a bunch of toppings that don’t even go together. When they hand you the order, for specific things they won’t give you a tray; it’s in the chip bag that it literally overstuffed you can barely walk out with it without your order falling apart. In my opinion you can go to a better Mexican ice cream shop. I’ve come here a few times and order different items and it’s always the same experience. Overly priced for simple things too.

This was such a great experience something I was not planning. I actually just happened to be passing by in the area and I saw the cutest little store restaurant/snack shop colorful and it stood out on the block . I decided to go in because it was lunchtime and I was greeted by two lovely ladies one of them was Juanita. Unfortunately I forget the other ladies name that served me as well, but they were both very nice and gracious. I was given a complementary water. I had corn on the cob and I had two chicken tacos and they were really good/ tasty. I’m actually leaving now with a strawberries and cream. I added pineapple and banana and Juanita actually let me taste a small sample before I ordered it because I couldn’t make up my mind because there were way to many great choices to quench my sweet tooth.😀 I appreciate the hospitality and the inside is so cute and beautiful..I Will be back! My husband and I went for the first time this evening just wanted a dessert. There was one order ahead of us. It took over 10 minutes for our order to even be taken. We ordered two desserts and waited a half hour. Mean while it did get really busy after our order was placed. Maybe 12 or more orders after. Those people were all receiving their items before we got our ice cream. Absolutely rediculous the orders are not made in a timely manner or in order they were taken . A half hour for two ice creams was awful. We will not be returning .

Do not waste you're time or money on this place. They SUCK, the wait time is RIDICULOUS along with the food prices. Literally go anywhere else. Food is not even good, there shakes taste spoiled and rotten. Over $55 for only two people.

I am paying for two sausages with hot sauce, mayonnaise and mustard but separate. It was more bein The first time because the worker brought me sauce without the "as they say full" of the bin. It is tastier
