Staff has terrible customer service placed a big order and they couldn’t even make 3 chicken sandwiches plain and 2 with mayo in one of the tailgate slider bundle come on how hard could that be I didn’t add a bunch of extra stuff to it terrible service I worked at one of these before if you really wanted to have good customer service you could have done it. I’ll never be spending my money here again I’ll only go to the one in Riverview

He didn’t even want to take my order, he always didn’t want to take my money & what I mean by that is He didn’t want to touch anything I had to touch. Discrimination at its finest. I am black by the way. I will be calling the BBB!

Nice Experience here. The guy working the drive-thru was pleasant and accomodating. I only ordered the Chicken Strips and for 12 pieces and bread and 4 sauces on the side was good..$20 bucks. It filled me and 2 other people up for lunch. I will be back. Thank you!

Spent $19 on a 4 slider combo. Waited over 15min for the order. Food was meh. Go somewhere else or another location maybe if u still want the overpriced food.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place is horrible. My savvy tenders were over cook and taste like the grease was extremely old. My fries were old like they were sitting under a warmer. I called and complained and the young lady said she was the manager and would give me a credit for the meal just give her my name and number. So the next day I went to get a credit and see if the food would be better and was told by the extremely rude male manager on duty that he doesn't know anything about it and that there's no female manager. After a few words exchanged between us then he says she was fired and he can't honor the credit. That young man was very inconsiderate and dismissive. I don't know who trained him but obviously he needs more training.I will not be returning to this establishment EVER. UNBELIEVABLE.

make sure you check all your food before you drive off, multiple things wrong and cold, no seasoning on fries and didn’t give me my sauce , working at a fast food place should not be this difficult.
