I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Came here today and got the greasiest old burger possible, hard fries , cold mozzarella sticks and a total of 5 mushy chili cheese tots that was supposed to be a medium. I contact customer service and they are no help I just want my $22 back since I threw that garbage out.

If I could give a zero star I would! So my daughter and I ordered $31 worth of frozen treats yesterday of which two were blasts. One was supposed to be turtle truffle and nut add chocolate chunk and brownie and the other was cookie dough add Reece’s. When we drive off it was visibly obvious that the added ingredients were not in the blasts but we dug in to see and we were exactly right. So we turned back around and drove up to the car hoppers spot as we saw a female employee and my daughters explains our issue. She says oh he must’ve not understood and takes the blasts next we know a young man comes out of the store and approaches us with the same blasts and says it’s in here at which we answer and say no they’re not. He proceeds to go back and forth with us and claims that he made them so he knows the add ins were in there and asks if we want extra. I said I don’t want extra I want what we paid for. Since he clearly was not correcting the issue, I asked for two empty cups to prove my point. He walks away with the blasts and when he comes back with the same blasts (that are melting) and the empty cups, my daughter and I transfer the blasts from one cup to another where it was evident of the missing ingredients we paid for. I then say see, it’s not in here and since he showed no urgency with the matter, I asked for the manager at which he responds that he is the manager. I was in disbelief because I could not believe that the “manager” handles it that way. So i questioned his position and told him that I could not believe that he would handle it in such a way and discredit my complaint from the beginning. He replies by saying customers lie all the time. I said well I have no reason to lie and am a paying customer which deserves respect and the benefit of the doubt you went and grabbed cups and stood there watching me prove to you the order wasn’t made correctly all because you assumed we were lying. He the. stood there with a poker face and at that point I was just done with the whole ordeal and asked for a refund. He asked for the receipt which was never given to us and walks away and some time later comes back with a receipt that says refund in the amount of $31.09 but gives us $13.20
This was handled so unprofessional and with the poorest customer service ever and especially coming from a manger. I will NEVER visit this location again!

Tried to call to ask a question and no one answered . Called several times .
Absolutely the worst sonic I've ever been to. Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken & no one responded. I walked up to talk to someone. No one would talk to me. There was another woman next to me who said she'd been waiting 45 minutes for food she'd ordered & paid for. Lesson learned I won't go back nor will I ever encourage anyone else to go to that location. Rude!

My burger is so cold…really?? I mean what’s the point of going to pick up food that’s Cold…what if I don’t have access to a microwave? Also, they made me pay for a pup cup and I never received it😒😒

Waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Once I finally got to the window one of the employees was crying real tears at the window while what I assume was the manager was saying something to her in an angry tone.

Been there twice and both times used the app because it’s suppose to be faster and still wait over 30 mins for two drinks. This is unreal to be called fast food and yall can’t get two drinks out.

Toast ur Texas toast…and the lady running the drive through speaker could you like give people time to say when they are done. Quit rushing people.

We visit Sonic almost every month just for their fun, chewable ice—seriously, it’s the best! The only downside is the long lines, which make me hesitate sometimes. Great for their business, not so great when you’re just waiting on a bag of ice. I did notice the Dearborn location charges $5 for a bag, but over at Lincoln Park, it’s still at the better price. Just a heads-up if you’re deciding where to go. Still worth it for that perfect ice crunch!

Awful service. Took about 5 minutes for someone to answer in the parking spot, and when i finally did order I sat there for 35 minutes with no worker in sight. I seen someone who was there before, waiting on their food too, pull off. I tried calling a worker for soemone to tell me when my food was going to be ready and couldn't get someone to even answer. Couldn't even get my food. Very disappointed and disgusted with how this place is run.
