Ordered door dash here and got it 1 1/2 hours later after 2 dashers accepted, went and passed up after waiting in line for a half hour. We come the next day and spend 45 minutes in a line that has 5 cars in it. I don’t even know if this is just a normal sonic thing or if it’s out of ordinary at this point.

Absolutely ridiculous to be the only soul in the parking lot for lunch today and order something to get home and it be straight trash .. $26 in food and nothing was as advertised or even edible .. that burger was a part of a $12 meal and asked for it just the way it was shown in the picture and what I got looked disgusting .. Never again ! and to think i waited over 15 minutes at the window .. Lincoln park location on Dix Ave .. DISGUSTING!!!!

Just go to the sonic on fort in Wyandotte and save yourself. Massive headache sonic is too pricey for your food to be slapped together by some teenagers. Service is awful you’ll be waiting forever … no point in mobile ordering because the staff there can’t read the mobile orders are almost guaranteed to be messed up. Just save yourself seriously

Never go to this Sonic unless you want to wait forever, it must be one person in there cooking taking the orders and ringing people up. Every time they give you a drink if there's barely any ice, for the last ice cream on top the entire rest is plain. The food is either cooked way too much or not enough you cannot get it the way it's supposed to be. I can't believe this location is still open.

I’ve been here a handful of times at different hours. They are INSANELY slow it’s actually unbelievable. They can’t even take care of 4 cars in a drive though line with no one else in the parking lot.

When I arrived at the restaurant at 1230 at night they told me the girl was broken. Waited in line 45 minutes for them. To tell me it was broken then when I called in the morning and spoke with Taylor and ask her if the grill was still broke she hung up on me then, when I called back she hung up on me again, I expect a response to this. I will be waiting for it. We need to talk.

Waiting entirely too long at the monitor for someone to take and order. When you finally get to the window they either have card reader issues OR are not swiping my card because there are funds in my account and no declined notifications on my statement. Shady behavior makes me feel like they took my card and tried to take down the info to try to use it later. We will see and if that is the case we will have bigger issues for sure.
