i just attempted to door dash a dirty doctor pepper along with some other things but received some random drinks with tajín in them. They were gross and not at all what i ordered.

Me and my girlfriend had a very poor experience at this place. We ordered 2 sonic blasts and from the start this girl that was working at the drive thru window her name is trinity that’s what it says on the receipt. Not only was she extremely rude but when we got our order she over filled our sonic blasts and when we went to grab our order it dumped all over the side of our car and then when she had to remake the order it was completely wrong. I highly recommend this girl gets fired for such crappy service and we will no longer be going to this place.

This is the same review for the same reasons as the previous Sonic review, so the following is copied and pasted verbatim. I'm so tired of the absolutely terrible food and service from these local Sonics. I would blame the employees, but it falls back to a horrible franchisee. They have terrible management. Never will I waste my money on this abomination again. It goes for all of the local Sonics. Just trash. Cold food. Wrong items. Drinks made without any flavoring at all. Too much to list.

If I would’ve known this location was the WORST in the downriver area I wouldn’t have came here! Absolutely terrible service and the person taking my order was the OWNER as the lady at the window told me.. not good at all

What the hell is wrong with yals chicken tenders. ITS ALL BREADING. 12$ for 6 little itty bitty pieces of “chicken”. Yup never again. Change em back to what they were. Why fix something that ain’t broke.

Can't eat inside. Some of the order screens don't work. No refill on drinks. Wasn't given any napkins. Overhead the staff saying they don't have enough people.
Legitimately the slowest service ever, ever single time. Waiting over 20 minutes for fountain drinks when there is no one else in line is absolutely ridiculous. Worst service

Fries and tots were old and hard. Onion rings were mush in a pile. My breakfast burrito had just cheese and tomato on it no meat, cheese, tots or onions. Pretzel was hard as a rock with no cheese. Burgers were okay not worth $ 9.00. Best part was the pop. I tried calling no answer. I took pictures I can send.

Every time you guys run out of lemons you substitute it with lemonade and it ruins my drink. This is the third time. Really disappointing, I can’t have all that sugar.

I ordered 2 meals both the meals was incorrect. The fries was completely burnt. I called the store they told me to come back for my replacement order. Got there the next day they had the order written down correctly got home and AGAIN BOTH orders were completely wrong. I will never go back to this Sonic again. I spent almost $30 for 2 meals for them to be incorrect both times. Not to mention the second time I spent 30 minutes in the line and was told they wanted to make it fresh and right since it's a replacement order. And they still got it wrong. I don't recommend this place to no on.
