You come here expecting to start your day off right. But you leave running behind and now stressed. I usually order thru the app, so I can skip the wait. The app will tell you 10 mins... but its never true at this location. You are waiting at least 30 mins while people who come in and place their orders after you get their coffees and leave. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt but after the 3rd time this happened back to back.. I have come to realization that they have no idea what they are doing here. Go go any other star bucks but this one.

The Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble is a great spot to relax while browsing books. It’s always nice grabbing a coffee and taking your time walking through the store or sitting down to read for a bit. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming, making it perfect for studying, reading, or just enjoying a break. Service is consistent, drinks are made well, and it really adds to the overall Barnes & Noble experience. Definitely a nice place to stop and unwind.

Every time I come to this location the service is VERY Slow. If I knew how to cancel my order on the app I would’ve. It doesn’t make sense that it takes 20 minutes for a caramel macchiato and croissant after placing an order!😡

Would've rated this location a 5 the people are nice and the drinks are good. BUT they are under staffed entirely TOOOOOOO MUCH. Line wrapped around the building plenty of employees in the building but only one person know how to make the specialty drinks. The wait for a drink is ridiculous 🙄
I've never had a horrible Starbucks till I came here . And they didn't apologize for the wait . Mind you each person had one or two drinks yet they messed out drinks up. I work with Starbucks via cedar point. So I know if my drink is wrong or not and it was very wrong never again will I stop buy when I visit my family

What I appreciate about Starbucks is that, having previously been a frequent patron of Tim Hortons, I have noticed a significant decline in the latter's customer service. In contrast, Starbucks, although slightly more expensive, offers superior quality in its coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and customer service. I experienced a wait time of up to 5 minutes in the drive-thru, the cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich I received were well worth the delay. Starbucks, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service, which was a pleasant experience, unlike the extreme disappointment I have recently encountered with Tim Hortons' customer service.
