Amrit, store manager For the first time ever, I was denied the toppings I asked for on my sandwich. Amrit says, “We have a limited amount of onions we can put on a sandwich. We have to follow the formula.” He went on to say that the employees who make sandwi the way a customer asks “do not care about the company. They give away the food.” Isn’t it Subway’s motto that you can customize your sandwich the way you want?
I frequently patronize Subway in various places and states, especially when I travel (multiple times a year). I have been here before, more than a few times. Never has anyone said I can only have “just a few“ of anythin…not even at this location. Am I missing something?
People like Amrit is why I will stop patronizing Subway. Jersey Mikes is the way to go.

Terrible. I watched the guy (the owner I believe) take off 2 pieces of green pepper of my sandwich. Somehow that was going to make our break his restaurant. They also charge more than other stores in the area. Sucks because it is so close to home, and now I'll have to go elsewhere.

This new owner really goes cheap on the meat and toppings. I ordered here 2 times in the past few weeks. The Beast was like the smallest one I’ve ever ordered. My 4 subs I ordered today had barely any meat and veggies on them. This is by far the weakest store and with the price we pay for this cheap ass shit. Only nice thing about this place is the inside. Will never be going back here again.

I ordered the Philly. The amount of meat the man put on their was seriously laughable. I was actually pissed but I never complain about my food in person because I am always afraid of retaliation. I have a roommate so I chose to go to the other subway a mile away and see if I was in the wrong and that's how much they put on or if I was being ripped off and either way my roommate can have one. The subway 1 mile away was it not only a friendlier place but I ordered the same exact sub and without saying a word I received at least twice the amount of meat if not more than I did from this Subway. What a joke. Not did I only get ripped off on the amount off meat but the sub i received with very little meat on it was $4 dollars more than the new one I bought. Prices are already to high these days and this place is just ripping people off. At least just ripping me off. I will not be back.

Worst experience ever, amid the worker on shift wouldn't give me extra anything. He told me "there is no option to charge you extra and I can't just give it to you for free" Worst service ever, the only subway to not put extra. I dont even want it for free, I just wanted my sub like I have it normally. They also have 0 dine in trays. Lettuce was brown and disgusting. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
This place deserves to be shut down. They’re always complaining about everything. My sister and my uncle are mentally disabled and they’re always attacking them. If you have coupon they are very particular on what you can get. They can’t use coupons half the time in there. They’re very rude. They don’t know how to treat their customers. This place is ran awful!

My niece went to this place and ask for a cup for water and the lady behind the counter was very rude and said you can only have one cup of water. TERRIBLE PLACE!

During the pandemic I stopped going this place, because the sandwich preppers didn't put their masks over their entire mouth and noise. No things are a bit different. Friendly staff, good food, again a bit more expensive as well. The thing about subways that now I don't agree with is that they got rid of the mozzarella cheese that goes on the personal pizzas. Why??? Bring back the mozzarella cheese for the personal pizza and this would be a 5 star establishment easy.

Great quick stopover before crossing into Canada. Had an egg and cheese flatbread with orange juice. The quality of the egg in the U.S. is superior to that served in Canadian subway restaurants. Great service! They were open on Easter Sunday.
Vegetarian options: They have egg and cheese and they toldme they have veggie patties as well.
