Owner was rude and impatient, we paid $20 for 1 sub that was supposed to have "extra meat" that barely had any at all or any toppings. Worst experience I think I have ever had at subway. I will never go back to this subway!!!

My family placed an order online to pick up some subs and unfortunately, our car wouldn't start when we tried to leave to go get them ?? My husband called and told the manager the situation and canceled the order. About 15 mins later I heard a knock on the door and was shocked to see a subway employee with our order!!! I couldn't believe it! Along with the order was cute little note saying, "Thanks so much for your order. Sorry you are having car trouble. Have an awesome day! -Lincoln Park Subway. Kelly D. (Manager)"Thank you so much Kelly & Subway!! I'd give 100 stars if I could!!

I ordered a chicken protein bowl ? a number 8, at this Subway. I was charged 15.99 at this place, went to a different Subway, and ordered the samething, and it was 11.99. I will never go here again due to they over charges. I asked the owner why I was charged 15.99 for something that I got at another Subway. It was much cheaper, and he stated it depends on the owner. Due to they are independent.

Haven't been to this location in over 3 years even though it's the closest store to me but decided to give them another try against my better judgement. Was shocked that a basic Cold Cut Combo 12" sub was $9.49, I thought that was the price with chips and pop! At first I thought it was inflation like with everything else but decided to look up the price at the next closest location and it was $7.69. That's a big difference and it was the lightest sub I've ever walked out with. Will never walk in there again and suggest others find a different location to save money and put these gougers out of business.
