Terrible service. The employee literally had a attitude the whole time and was throwing shit around. Threw my sandwich in a bag and it opened and got everywhere cause she didn’t properly wrap it. She is always so rude and moody. She needs to get fired. Already spoke to corporate hopefully they do something about her nasty behavior.

Says they’re open. No one is answering the phone or saying anything at drive through window. Signs on.

Edit I walked in and said hello anyone here and a lady walked out said she was in the cooler. I was calling for about 10 minutes but after that when I went to order my steak egg and cheese flatbread (it’s on the menu) she said they don’t have eggs at this location.
Not her fault just aggravated at the whole situation. Why open for breakfast when you don’t get eggs at this location idk

This location is usually never busy when I go for lunch and I work nearby but you should really just take out the window because nobody will ever take my order and then when I go inside nine times out of 10 there’s nobody in the store so I don’t know why the window is ignored

Bad customer service I literally just ordered here online and they got my order wrong. I asked for two veggie subs one with banana peppers in the other with the banana peppers one was supposed to be lightly toasted And the other one wasn’t but they both were burnt. I called for a refund, but A woman and a manager told me I will have to come in person so they can remake it. I ordered for a reason. I obviously didn’t have a ride to go in person to order in the first place. i’m highly disappointed because I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy my food AND I WASTED MONEY.

I just want to say that the girl in the glasses morning shift has a terrible attitude.
She doesn't say anything mean but she didn't smile and didn't welcome you just looks miserable.
The guy that was with her looks just as miserable.
And then she tells me no split payment.
I work fast food. a card and a card split payment is actually very easy and most registers do
but I'll take her word for it I guess.

I wanted to take advantage of the 6.99 footlong special that the have going on until September 8th. I was informed that it had to be ordered online which I didn't recall that in the advertisement of tv. I took the time to order one online in the store and had a lot of difficulty with it. Doing things online and apps, etc. does not come as easy as pie as does to our grandchildren and great-children. One of the staff made an effort to help a few times and said that it never went through. When I began to drive off, she called back and said that it did come through. As she was preparing the sandwich, I realized that I was still charged the full price and brought it to her attention. She said, that it was buy one, get one free. I told her that we both knew that's not what the ad said, so I asked her to give me the other the should have for free. She refused. I told her, that if I was not so hungry I would not buy the sandwich. I felt like they should have made the adjustment somehow. They really went overboard on the AC. I couldn't dine inside, it would have been as if I was dining in a deep freezer.

This subway had the cheddar & broccoli soup I look for it everywhere and it was amazing. The store was very clean and they had new foods that other subways don't have I'm definitely going back cause the soup is my favorite and I call around all the time and most of the time they don't have it or it's been sitting and not good and amazing customer service
