I always place an online order for Sam, asking for no beans on my beefy 5 layer. That doesn’t mean ONLY meat like how are you gonna forget cheese AND sour cream…? This is legit every time but this is the first time I decided to open it up and take a picture.

My whole order was wrong. The shell of the chalupa was rock hard. I asked for no nacho cheese. Nacho cheese was on everything. I was disappointed. I normally love taco bell.

I ordered Taco Bell for my family and anything that is supposed to include meat has close to none they stuff everything with lettuce and do a terrible job preparing food. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life.

Night of 2-12-2025 drive thru ai got order wrong, when tried to correct at window the staff were extremely rude when told that the order was wrong.
This place uses A.I. to take orders.

A robot takes your order now for it to still be wrong. Literally the most useless thing in the entire world to make employees more lazy in my honest opinion and they’re still incapable of getting it right when it literally is on the screen and you force me to play the whole robot game like I’m trying to get through to insurance or something. Not a good move, especially if its intended purpose is for accuracy. Joke.

Like a lot of people are saying on here it’s like a big vending machine. I had to talk to a computer to tell them what I wanted and then it would not even register my numbers when I went up there to get my food. I even told her I hated talking to that computer and she told me she loved it because it was doing her job. WOW !!!!!!!

Kiosk only ordering inside. Well I know not to bother with this place. It's not a restaurant it's a oversized vending machine. Glad there is checkers next door. Where you get service with a smile .

I love taco bell. Truly I do. I only have issue with the size of everything. The taco shells are so thin, and so are the tortillas. I've been going to Taco Bell for over 45 years, and I know inflation has a lot to do with size and portions but not so I miss the good old days of Taco Bell.

A all around bad experience. I live in the neighborhood as this Taco Bell and I will drive a city away to go to a different one because this one is so awful.. against my better judgement I went to this one tonight and regretted it immediately. Was in line forever because they were not answering the speaker for the car in front of me for almost 10 min. I wanted to leave but was trapped in the drive thru Finally get up to the speaker and Pictures of the item I wanted was all over their menu board but they claim they don't sell it anymore. Everything I tried to order in place of it the guy claimed they don't make or was out of.. it was frustrating to say the least. It was a bunch of young kids so I think they just didn't want to work tonight. I finally order and get the order and it was all wrong and the items I got were very poor in quality. My daughters taco was a broken shell with nothing in it but some lettuce and tomatoes. My mexi melt was stuck to the wrapper and pulled apart, tasted awful. And to note I never complained to the employees about anything while in line because I didn't want my food all messed up on purpose. They need better management at this location and maybe need to train the employees better.

I showed up after doing a mobile order. They confirmed my order and said it was made and due to this cannot get a refund. After I show up I’m told it wasn’t made and I can’t get refund in store for food made on Mobile and they will not make my food due to “being told by management we can’t drop anything else tonight” I go through the app and am offered a $3 coupon on a $15 order that I didn’t receive at all. Am still waiting on a response from Taco Bell regarding this as there was no customer support option regarding not getting any food on the app. Horrible experience because of these management decisions and am out money still on food never received.
Edit: 2 weeks later- another messed up order and I will now be going to del taco to avoid to displeasure of this “restaurant”

Gave 5 stars ONLY because they finally brought back the Chili Cheese Burrito! If you've never had one, get two. ?? DELISH.
