It’s impossible to get a correct meal from here. Want to make a modification?? don’t even think about it because it’s apparently to hard for them. I’ve had to just start ordering the simplest items and they can’t even handle that! quesadilla with steak- why am i getting only half a quesadilla? ordered a box and they pulled us for the potatoes but then gave us two soft tacos?? please teach your employees to read for gods sake it’s 2025!! it shouldn’t be this hard to make a damn taco. AI could take over this place and it would be ran better.

This store has always let me down, and nothing has changed. My last order was like $40, and every item was made incorrectly and there were NO SAUCE PACKS, as usual. I ordered 2 cheesy rollups with beef and pico... no Pico. Everything else was ordered grilled. Nothing was grilled.

I had the BEST breakfast crunchwraps from here last week so I thought maybe they had gotten their crap together. Everything was hot and correct, the breakfast crew NAILED IT.

Night shift... idk what's wrong with you guys but theres no excuse. If you hate your job so much you cant ever even put a couple hot sauce packs in a bag, go back to college or something cuz this is INSANE 🤣🤣

Door dashed food from this location and was very disappointed ☹️. Ordered 5 food items asked for mild sauce it was printed out on the receipt, just to find no sauce in my order not even 1 packet. Will not be ordering from here again.

To start, the machine couldn’t even get my order right. I asked for a chicken chalupa but instead received two completely different tacos—one was just a regular taco with cheese on the outside, and the other was literally just cheese in a taco shell. No chicken, no beef, nothing close to what I ordered. Extremely disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Night shift is TERRIBLE! Drive thru took 35 minutes for 3 cars, and one was a mobile order. They gave me the wrong burrito and charged me for it, and my Cinnabons were ICE cold. I tried to go in through the lobby to avoid waiting in the drive thru again, but it was locked and nobody was answering the phone. So once again waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes this time , two cars ahead of me, just for the manager to tell me the Cinnabons were dropped fresh , and had to sit in the bag for 5 minutes. Once again I was in line for the second time for 20 minutes. And I’ve never heard of this before , not to mention they were ice cold , not sure how letting them sit would make them any warmer. The night shift manager with the glasses never even apologized, and was obviously frustrated at the fact that I was asking for them to be remade. They told me to pull around to the front door which I waited an additional 10ish minutes, which is fine because the food would at least be fresh right? Wrong . When the rude girl at the window brought my food outside, again with no apology from anyone. I asked her if she minded waiting an additional few seconds for me to check the bag. Which to my surprise, the Cinnabons were once again cold. But at least the burrito was made right after waiting the second time. Still could have apologized at the very least ! Disappointing.
