Kiosk experience was new to me and will never happen again. Sorry Taco Bell but with the lack of human-to-human ordering and with the inflated prices, I'm done. Was good while it lasted (since 1970 for me) but all good things usually come to some type of end.

I came in for lunch- you had to order on the kiosk since they were short staffed, but I had no issue using it. The food was served quickly and it was warm. Bonus- this location has Dr Pepper!

Food was terrible, burnt and messed with. The tortilla in My Mexican pizza was a dark orange color, the pizza was already cut up in pieces and super brittle. When I called, the person who answered the phone claimed that the reason the tortilla was orange was because of the grease. I then stated that they are probably using old grease then and her response was no, that actually the tortilla was burnt and that the person that made the tortillas earlier that day burnt them. So you’re admitting to giving me burnt food?!!! Why would u give me burnt food?! She also claimed that the pizza comes cut up(I’ve never had one cut up before ever). Then I mentioned how my grilled cheese burrito was super small and not made like the burrito normally comes, her exact response was that all the other locations are over proportioning the food and that she gave me the correct proportion of what the burrito is suppose to be. (The grilled cheese burrito she gave me was smaller than a 5 layer beefy burrito). No apologies, no solutions. We spent over $40 and all the food was messed up! Never again!
Ordered online. Ended up waiting for over 30 minutes (after a 10 minute drive). Finally got an employees attention after 3 others ignored me. Turns out, they had my order sitting by the register the whole time, since before i even got there, instead of the "online order pickup" shelf. Food was old and cold. They were so busy, if i had them remake it i wouldve had to wait another 30 minutes.

Tried 1 of their new offerings: double beef Burrito. Great without the liquid Nacho cheese sauce...it'll kill you. Lol. But really, not good for you if we are being truthful about liquid Nacho cheese sauce in general. Just ask for it to be built without the liquid cheese & it really is a good Burrito & a good value.
