Honestly probably the worst tacobell I’ve ever been to and it’s mainly in the morning. They used to open at 7am then got moved to 8am and they still don’t have anything ready by then. It’s been on multiple occasions that I’ve been in the drive- thru at 8:20 maybe a few minutes before or after, and told they aren’t ready to open yet. I get people are understaffed but it’s an every day thing.

Find anywhere else. Just waited at the window for 25 minutes. No cars in front of us for a 6 item order. No explanation besides a “sorry”. BTW 134-159pm. And this was an APP preorder
45 minutes in a drive thru line is ridiculous. Who runs this store? Corporate should be taking a look at who they have run the night crew. 7:45pm entered line and it’s 8:30.

Taco bell is my comfort food so i decided to pick it up after an appt I had in the area. This has to be the best taco bell i’ve been to thus far! A separate mobile pickup line for the drive thru, amazing customer service, and the food was higher quality than usual! It’s 15-20min away from my house but might be my new go-to as the ones near me fail MISERABLY in comparison (gotta love Detroit). My mobile pickup order experience has never gone smoother. The prices were $3-5 cheaper than the detroit locations too - the best perk of all if I had to choose one!
