Horrible customer service. Waited 30 min+ for 2 meals, wanted to talk to a manager and they had no idea an order was placed. Please don’t waste your time (or money) coming to this location.

They always get my food wrong I decided to return because I got completely the wrong order. Staff was very rude dug hands in food and yelled that the food was what I ordered I asked for my money back and went to the Taco Bell down the street because I had promised my kid Taco Bell. If you read this review drive down the street for better service and your correct order.

After a long week me and my wife decided that we would treat ourselves to Taco bell. She only likes meat and cheese on her tacos. I ordered supreme... Six and six in a taco 12 pack. What is this? Her's is basically an empty shell and I'm missing tomatoes and sour cream!NOT HAPPY AT ALL... Always check your food before you leave!!!!!

So it's ben a while since I ate Taco Bell, and so I'm am lost and didn't know the new stuff. Amber was so polite and patient that I got scared. ?. He tone was so sweet. I felt so comfortable ordering. Lol. Thank you Amber for the help too.
I was a regular patron here for over a year, but this morning there was a foreign object in my food. I ordered three Cheesy Bean & Rice burritos and there was some kind of *blue pellet* in the beans in one of them, after I already finished my first one.I'm concerned because there should be nothing *pure blue* in the ingredients for that item. I even talked to two managers here and they had no idea what it could have been. To be honest, it looked like the pellets of *rat poison* that are sold in stores.The first manager I talked to, Ashley, hung up when I called to ask about the situation and she didnt seem to understand the seriousness of the issue. Her attitude was that *she cooked the food*, so nothing could be wrong with it. I used to work in fast food and this wouldn't fly... indifference to food contamination is just playing with people's lives and health.I really loved coming to this Taco Bell twice a week inbetween work and errands. I really looked forward to the food given the good price for what you're getting and the employees were always super nice (except the one I talked over the phone to) even though it seems understaffed and the cooks do a lot of hard work. I've seen John working there a few times and he's always seemed like a great manager to work with who cares about customer service. Dianna as well

My son found this pellet of something in his cheesey bean burrito this morning. He loves taco bell near our house, but we're now afraid this might be something poisonous. I might send to a friend of mine who works at a lab to get it tested. It was a pellet that broke up easily when he was digging it out. He worked in fast food and said sometimes stuff that looked odd was from the factory and they wouldn't serve it. Hey its possible. He tried calling the manager and she said she was the one cooking the food so there was no way anything bad was going on and hung up on him (thats fine they were short staffed but still. she didnt believe him or seem to care). Still, why was there a blue pellet in his burrito then? This definitely doesn't look like ANY food related ingredient that should have been there... I took another photo of what was left of the burrito. Didnt see anything else weird in it but all it takes is ONE blue piece of something to raise an alarm. maybe its cleanser or something.. they just need to be more careful.. but I recommend inspecting your food before eating it from this location. He's lucky he just noticed it after a couple bites..... it was pretty obvious when he saw it on what could have been the next bite! again, nothing like a blue pellet have i ever seen in something from Taco Bell..
I always go through mobile order line in drive through they have an awesome 5$ box you get a drink chalupa, burrito, a taco but I always upgrade to the Doritos loco taco, and a serving of cinnamon twists (needs more cinnamon sugar stuff they are weak.)
