This location has definitely gone downhill in the last few months, I’ve been coming here for over a year Multiple times a week, food, quality, and customer service is definitely went down after my experience today Makes me wanna take my business elsewhere

First of all, Why does the place smell like a sewer?

Second the staff here don't seem to know much about their menu and seem miserable!

Third. Even if you can get past the sewer smell, the place is messy and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by the amazing Tim Hortons we have north of the border but man is this place is embarrassing. I truly hope this restaurant is not someone's first experience with Tim Hortons, as it would probably be their last

Dive thru is a nightmare. Always out of blueberry anything and scarce on timbits. Bagels be messed up. Night time crew is great tho

Dont waste your time!Just horrible.Service is Usually bad but today it was just horrible..waited about 10 minutes at counter just to order my giant order of 2 coffees while there all being rude by walking around ignoring me finally when they do take my order I get my coffee and they were both made completely wrong then then the next ones were full of coffee grounds so then I ask for a refund and that takes another 10 min for someone else to come refund me and still haven't got my money back smh so after over 30 mins I walked out with no coffee and no money left SMH don't waste your time!

The customer service mediocre at this particular location. Food is usually thrown together and cold. Coffee is half full and ice Capps are runny. Came home with treats for my family and this is what we opened. Completely unacceptable.

UPDATE: STILL GARBAGE. STILL GET CUSSED OUT FOR ASKING FOR THE COFFEE TO BE HOT. THEN GET YELLED AT BY EMPLOYEE FOR ASKING TO REMAKE A CARMEL I ED COFFEE BECAUSE THEY USED EXPIRED CREAMER( YOU CAN TASTE TJE ROTTENNESS IN THE CREAM) Used to be great. Now it's just downhill. Got cussed out by a manager and employee for wanting to pay it forward. Then charge my card for an extra large dark roast triple triple with a shot of espresso. They gave me a large regular black and they get mad when told they messed up...

Update 11/2024... Still the same issue with getting a hot cup of dark roast. The African or Jamaican employee gets hostile towards customers.

UPDATE 02/17... Still terrible customer service.

I thought it was some prejudice there. I tried to come back and order some food because Tim Hortons is the only place I liked to get in my coffee from and my breakfast sandwiches and I was giving cold bread on cold meat. My ice cap was very runny. I was not treated with proper good service. I do however love the oreo cookie Thank you for your time

This is my normal go to Tim hortons and the past few weeks the coffee has been horrible , the muffins have been stale , Iv tried calling and the phone number doesn’t work … whoever the owner is you need a morning huddle with your employees.
