The employee behind the counter was standing around when I got there. I ordered a large black coffee. When the Tim Hortons employee realized that there was no coffee instead of getting me a cup of coffee from another pot, she proceeded to make another pot of coffee. These people do not care about you getting to work on time because they’re already at work. This kind of employee conduct is just awful. For folks looking to get coffee on their way to work

Always a line around the building but it moves pretty quick and they coffees are tasty... and much more economical than 7brew. Its unfortunate where they are situated, it is a congested area, but they do a great job.

Every time I come here I wait 30-45 minutes for 1 iced coffee. Several times I am forgotten about. I remind them and they say rude comments. Worst coffee shop in the area hands down. In addition the people making food most of the time aren’t wearing gloves. Sanitation issues.

You cant count on quality consistency..2 out of 3 times the coffee is bad..my double double is never the same, I have to look at it before I drive away, either to dark or to creamy, today mine & my daughters coffees were super watery..this location needs training.

Typical Tim Hortons. Sometimes you won't get a word from the person at the window and sometimes there is a very nice personal interaction. 60/40 chance of your coffee being right.

Amazing staff and delicious drinks and desserts. Don’t go to the one connected to the gas-station before going to this one unless you go early in the day. This one is literally open 24/7 i went at 12:30am and they had amazing workers with positive attitude.

In the last 7 times I have gone to this location every single time they give me food that I did not order. For example if I get a bagel with butter, I’ll end up with the wrong bagel or made with cream cheese instead of butter which I can’t even eat. Waste of time and money.

Where do I start? This place is horrible! From the staff to the food to the cleanliness. 9 out of 10 employees they hire are lazy, slow, rude and incompetent. You're lucky if you get that 1 person that actually knows what they're doing and knows how to treat their customers. Morning shift can't keep up with the drive thru and they make you go around and park in front just to wait for a drink. I tried their new everything bagel with scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage and the eggs were sloppy/mushy and the bagel was soggy. Absolutely disgusting! They put the slowest person as cashier in the front that takes 10 minutes to just make a drink. Evening/night shift are 10X worse. They all have a phone permanently attached to their hand doing nothing while people wait in the drive thru line to have their order taken. No one can make a drink to save their lives. They're all lazy and don't have any work ethic at all. I've had so many bad run ins with this location and they just continue to get worse. I don't understand how they are still open with so many people complaining about the workers and how bad this location is. I've spoken to managers and they're just as bad. Act like they care but nothing ever gets done.
Please do not respond with I'm sorry about your experience. If you have time to reach out to us so we can talk about this further BS, you can save that. Nothing will ever get done. Fire your lazy employees, that's a start. Clean that place up. It's nasty.

This girl her name is Jazmine she is very very rude. She threw my food because she don’t like me. Which is crazy because what they go by is customer service should always be first. I heard from someone else Brian the gm favorites her so does a manager Amy. Also this boy torran he was looking down on his phone while I was trying to order also making false reports about me.

I don't even know how the food or service is. I sat inside for a meeting, I requested the meeting space be moved because it was very dirty in the lobby.
The lobby was empty, they looked very fulls staffed people standing around doing nothing..
No drive thru wasn't slammed.
