First time using tim Hortons used gift cards i place the order online I get here and they can't do breakfast their out of almost everything on the menu every suggestion I give they tell me they don't have enough or have the product highly disappointed and couldn't get a refund to cancel the order because I went thru the app unreal!

I am a fan of Tim Hortons coffee, but my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and the donuts did not meet the standards set by other Tim Hortons in the area. The manager on duty handed me my breakfast sandwich in a brusque manner and walked away. I also received a french vanilla cappuccino that was watered down and lacked the characteristic flavor. To anyone reading this review, I would advise against visiting the Tim Hortons located in Lincoln Park on Southfield Road, adjacent to the gas station. The customer service is inadequate, the food is mediocre, and the drive-thru experiences lengthy delays. I had been a regular customer, visiting every Sunday for approximately six months, but I will not be returning due to the poor service. The customer service I received was among the worst I have ever experienced at a drive-through establishment.

Wanted the chicken Panini I got told they didn’t make any. So I had to pick another sandwich. The high and mighty people need to go and make this place a lot better to go to. We will not be going here no more. It seems like they don’t like their jobs. And they show it.

Order any food item even a donut you'll be pulled around out of the drivethru line to sit with the usual 3-5 other cars waiting for 5-20minutes for a simple donut or anything else. 9/10 times they bring you the wrong food .....Too many people working here to not be more punctual

I stopped here for breakfast and had the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. It was so fresh and was far better than other Tim Hortons I’ve been to.

Went there Sunday morning and ordered two large triple triple decaf and when I got it it was cold I asked if I could get it warmed up and the guy told me that he had to asked the manager. Then a girl named Brittany came up and said she could not warm it up so I asked her if i could get 2 hot coffees and she got an attitude like she didn't want to do it. Not good customer service I will not go there again if she is working and neither will my family or friends.
