I just got a caramel cold brew from Wendy's. I took one drink and almost spit it back out. It was SOUR! Then I looked at it and noticed white chunks. Gross! If I could see the chunks I know they could. The pics don't do it justice but that is disgusting. I called and let them know it was bad but I don't even want a remake if that's how it is b

Went through the drive thru tenders were sold out so I bought a chicken sandwich. My expectations are never really high but the chicken is always hot, dropped fresh. Best advice: skip the drive thru and go in also do not order lettuce , tomatoes, or fries. You'll thank me later.

I was robbed. Used rewards points to order food, went through on the app but when I got to the location was told we’re not making lunch. Asked them to cancel the order because they already accepted it on the app, telling the app their “preping” my food that was unavailable, drove away and they did not cancel my order. Instead they completed it saying they gave it to me. Every time I use the app for rewards points this happens. You can adjust the app to tell customers the food is unavailable but didn’t, they could have told me at the speaker it was unavailable and then I could have cancelled it, but didn’t. Straight trash app and thieves. Even better you can’t refund rewards points. Like what a joke.

I've bit into my chicken sandwich and there was a huge fatty vein or I have no idea what the heck it was but it made me start vomiting my boyfriend took it back in Wendy's and told them he didn't want another sandwich but one of them to know. it was disgusting so then I went online and learned how they make chicken sandwiches yuck go watch a video how they make chicken sandwiches and seal what they put in there all those veins and all the fat and the skin and everything gets mixed in there it's disgusting

Stop by for breakfast on an off chance I had no idea they were open or that hey served breakfast. I got the egg sausage English muffin, their seasoned potatos and an orange juice. The drive-thru was delivered quickly and the food was actually quite tasty, what a pleasant surprise

Do you ever notice, it's always some dumb excuse for poor customer service. I stood at the counter waiting 10 minutes just to order a drink. Now of course they don't know that, but that's because you have six people working on the drive-thru. Would it kill any of them to ask what I was going to order? So finally I spoke up and the girl says oh while I'm working on this big order but do you ever notice it's always something like that? Sadly this is one of the few restaurants left with the freestyle machine, but if you can hang on drive on and find another one
