they messed up my order twice and it was literally just spicy nuggets. then refused to give us the right order so we had to pay another $10 to get the food we actually wanted. they also don’t seem to know how their own app works. why would you think that i have an online order if i’m showing you a QR code i need you to scan? that doesn’t make a lick of sense. chick was nice but has no brain seemingly.

This location is the worst. Every week there is a laundry list of ingredients they don't have: chicken, lemonade, lettuce, buns, cups... it's ridiculous. Management here is non existent and the store is ran by the rudest employees. I gladly drive to other locations, and despise when I come here just because of the distance. This must be a franchise location because corporate should have shut this place down YEARS AGO!!!

Omg what idiots never go here didn't get all my food I had to argue with them and they still didn't get my double cheeseburger rite no onion or tomato yhen they finally gave me a single cheese burger and that wasn't rites my other food was cold I asked for a receipt twice still didn't get one the guy that took our order couldn't get it rite I am telling everyone I know do not go here I never have any trouble with the one in taylor don't go to the one in Lincoln park on fort street take my word for it

Very nasty people work here ! The manger throw drinks on me and mad when they made my food wrong and don’t give me half my order after pushing me out the doors I went to the window where I was disrespected my the manager on duty then throw my drinks at me. This place need to be closed down. Sad I’m calling a lawyer!
Ordered 2 sugar cookies and the first one was so dry and hard that I time traveled to my childhood struggle days of eating naked toast. Now I gotta call my therapist. Both cookies were accompanied in the bag by ketchup packets(weird). Maybe it's the Virgo coming out but why is the second cookie dark like this? I could understand if it touched a darker cookie during it's time away from me but where the first one was so hard, it implies a lot of time had passed since their creation, essentially pointing to the fact that yall are selling old/not fresh food. Yall owe me 5 stars for even entertaining yalls establishment. -5/10, avoid unless you're starving to be disappointed.

It was 10:45pm not that late and my family and I just got done with the laundromat, didn’t have time to cook so we rushed to find an open fast food and it was this Wendy’s we found. I wish would’ve kept driving. When we pulled up to the speaker they said “we ain’t got nothin! No product” but took our orders and the next day we had bad food poisoning. Throwing up constantly, stomachs hurt and bubbly. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
