Asked for 4 fresh fries, instead I receive fries that were clearly cooked in old grease. This Wendy’s was great a couple years ago but this time was a complete let down.

Feels like a prison waiting for my food. the employees do not want to be here at all. can't blame them. but they create this atmosphere.

side note, food is usually good from drive through.

Made a breakfast order and paid on the app got to the restaurant only for the worker to tell me they don't have any breakfast. This was at 9:45 AM well within breakfast hours too. Get it together

Fast food nowadays is usually disappointing, you don’t feel like the increased prices you paid was worth what you got and the order was probably wrong also. I used to go to Wendy’s on dix and had to ban them because order was always wrong or burgers had very light toppings, I haven’t gone to Wendy’s in over a year because of this and seen in a Wendy window some new frostys. So I said why not let’s try another one so I went here. Whole different experience! Ordered online, made changes to my burger, it was perfect and done correctly, frostys in two sizes were blended to the bottom, fries crisp and hot. The manager here and workers are doing it right. Great experience and now I have a Wendy’s I can trust, go try these new frostys 🔥 and give them a shot! And sorry food was so good didn’t think of review pics on half because I was eating it so fast because I was so happy they actually tried!

I went inside to order and waited almost 10 minutes to place my order with nobody in front of me, they were just focused on the drive-thru that only had 3 cars. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so old the chicken dried up inside of the breading and it was a fried hollow brick. I never ever seen something so disgusting. Can you say food poisoning!!! The lettuce was see through and my fries were cold. Maybe this is happening a lot and that's why they are closing so many Wendy's restaurants all over.

Served moldy bread. Do not eat from here. I’m sure if they aren’t able to follow FIFO for something as simple as bread they probably over look a lot of other things. This looks bad on the management and the person making the food on the line. I am serv safe certified and know all these protocols and it’s sad to have to spend money to get sick because you guys don’t care about quality.

Im a regular at this location. But I will not come back. A older white lady was working the front counter at 6.54pm. She was letting a gnats fly around our food. Her attitude is shitty and she throws food down on plate. They got my order wrong twice.
