As I sit here waiting for my order that I placed an hour ago, watching as Dasher after Dasher gets changed. I've gone through 5 Dashers and as of yet my food still hasn't been given out to be delivered. This is utterly pathetic and unacceptable, guarantee my food will be cold by the time it gets here. 5th Dasher finally shows up and says White Castle didn't have my order. Way to go White Castle, I won't be back to this location

I went here on Tuesday November 12 after going to the doctor. Although I anticipated a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised when the drive- through took less than five minutes! This was the best service I ever got at this restaurant! The young lady at the helm of the drive thru was a girl called Bree. My food was hot, accurate, and timely. And tasty. Thanks Bree! You rock!

I orded for a 96 year old lady that was craving white Castle burgers, fresh ones. She was getting them originally from the store frozen. And I know it’s tough to have things at that age. I purchased to order. I thought she would like and she did the fries. The chicken rings the cheeseburgers. She was very happy. And she said thank you
